Fairways Villa is located midway between the towns of Belek & Kadriye In the heart of Turkey's fabulous golfing region,Fairways is also 5mins drive from the newly regenerated Kadriye beach with its bars, restaurants & night clubs.The golf courses are superb,& include the new Faldo & Montgomery courses as well as more established PGA & other courses. Kadriye has some excellent restaurants & plenty of shops. Antalya, Side &
Aspendos are worth visiting. Small shops are a short walk, as is the local pub, which is Brit operated &serves
great food at good prices.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with ample space for sunbathing, bbq-ing or alfresco dining. The
spacious lounge has satellite t.v, & the sofas can be converted to single beds if required. However, there are 3
twin bedrooms & 3shower/bathrooms, so less queuing!! Each bedroom has a balcony, ideal for that nightcap, or morning tea.The perfect place to relax after your day's activities, or to just do nothing.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The Turkish Riviera(also known as The Turquoise Coast) is renowned for it's almost endless sandy beaches, set against the impressive Taurus Mountains. The glorious climate means at certain times of year you
could actually ski in the morning & sunbathe in the afternoon! Despite being a hot climate for much of the year, the region is surprisingly fertile & green,thus providing some of the best golf courses you could hope to play.

There are many historic towns to visit, national parks & activity tours (water rafting, water sports etc.) Or you could just grab your own stretch of beach & do nothing; maybe just a little shopping with a bite to eat in the good
restaurants & bars that abound along the Med.

Belek / Kadriye area

Belek/Kadriye are small towns growing with the development of the golf resorts. The clear aim is to make the area the ultimate golf destination. There are currently 13 courses within a 10 minute drive, including the new Faldo & Montgomerie courses,The National, the Antalya (Pasha & Sultan) The Gloria, the new Sueno courses & others,most to PGA standard.If you're a golfer you will love it.


If you're not into golf,or just want a break from it, Kadriye beach has been totally redeveloped with new bars, restaurants, go-karting, kids play parks, water-sports etc.

Kadriye itself offers plenty of shops to go bargain hunting & there is a weekly market. Be prepared to barter! Night-life tends to be relaxed. After a few drinks (beer is still quite cheap compared to UK or Spain, Portugal)
try one of the many good restaurants which serve a good variety of food, both Turkish & English/European.

Try the pub, Bar Bekar, run by Yal & Sarah. The food is really good, & very reasonably priced. Best of all, it's only a 5min. Walk from the villa. No drink drive situation.

The bus services in the area are excellent.Buses are clean & cheap. Take a bus to Antalya, Side, or even Alanya. It's more relaxing than driving.

How to get there

Fly to Antalya airport.
charter flights go from most regional airports.Thomas Cook or Pegasus Airlines operate flights to Antalya.
Kadrye is about 30 mins drive from the airport.There are taxis at the airport, fares are displayed at the rank but is normally around 50 euros.Buses also run but not frequently.
Recommend EUROCAR car rental.Hire for one week & they will do your transfers free. www.denizrentals.com
