Orchard Villa is situated on the Paradise Town site without doubt the best development in Belek, ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but within easy reach of both Belek & Kadriye for evenings of dining and shopping. Both have beautiful beaches for sunbathing and water sports, Kadriye beach has recently had a 'makeover' with new bars/restaurants and kids play areas. The area also offers holidaymakers the chance to visit and explore many of the historic archeological ruins within easy travelling. The Paradise site , which has 24hr security,is within 5kms of the many international standard golf courses, and has an onsite tennis court and a 'olympic' size swimming pool for other ways of enjoying a holiday in the sun.

The property comprises -

Ground Floor.
A beautifully spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors onto the verandah and other patio doors onto the pool deck and garden. Quality furniture and fittings to all rooms. A well appointed Kitchen complete with everything neccessary for dining in with large fridge/ freezer and water cooler. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom and store cupboard. TV with Digiturk connection, CD/DVD player and internet connection.

First Floor.
Bedroom 1 is a very large room with a double and a single bed and plenty of wardrobe and draw space. There is also an ensuite bathroom. There are two other large bedrooms on this floor with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in both. Off this landing is a large family Bathroom with a jacussi bath and shower.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and large wardrobes and drawers.
Bedroom 3 has similar beds and fittings.

Second floor
A super Bedroom with on ensuite wet room and again wardrobes and drawers. Patio doors onto a secluded outside sitting area. This level also has a utility area with a washing machine.
The property has tile floors throughout and has a/c in all rooms for both heating and cooling. All rooms also have security shutters to all windows. Large curved staircase adds to the elegance of the property.

GOLF. We are able to fully arrange golf holidays including course reservations via our employee who also has responsibility to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay in our villa.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Over the last few years this part of Turkey has become a popular destination for discerning holidaymakers embracing both the magnificent Mediterranean coastline and the historic importance of a country that for thousands of years has been the connection between the East and the West. Ruins of the Roman invasion add significantly to the enjoyment of the holiday.

Antalya, the gateway to the region which is referred to as the ' Turkish Riviera', is an attractive City steeped in history and with a prize winning marina in the picturesque old quarter. From here you can hire one of the famous Gulets to enjoy a sailing experience to remember.

The Belek / Kadriye area

Very convenient to the airport at Antalya Belek has become a centre for holidays to enjoy with the best of all worlds. With the adjacent town of Kadriye there are so many restaurants and bars that the choice will be difficult but interesting to savour the delights of Turkish cuisine.
Belek has become very well known for its investment in golf on an international scale with around 12 magnificent courses to choose from all within 15mins drive from the villa. We offer a service to sort out the booking of the golf for our visitors via our employee who is a member at the National.
Visits to Perge, Aspendos and Side will be a joy to those who are interested in archeology.
Water sports abound on the beaches and white water rafting takes place at Manavgat, no more than 30mins away.

“Great Customer Service” We had a great trip to Belek in July this year. We stayed at the Paradise villa with my wifes's parents, her brother, her sister and their respective other halves and one young child aged 13 months. From the moment we booked, Bill and the team went out of their way to ensure we were looked after throughout our trip. They went out and bought a cot bed, a car seat and a high chair so our young niece was accommodated without us having to transport vast amounts of luggage with us. As our group was flying from different airports we arrived at different times. This wasn't a problem for Denis who met both groups and got us transferred to the villa in comfort. Me and my wife were the first to arrive and once we got to the villa and got ourselves sorted, then the two hire cars were delivered to the villa ready for the week. The villa was very clean and the maintenance team were around most days checking on and cleaning the pool ; Suat and his team really look after the place. Just down the road from the villa are a local store to keep stocked up on Efes and breads/cheeses/meats/snacks. Next door are a couple of pub/restaurants. These are all very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. A short drive away of the town of Belek for the bigger shopping trips and more bars/restaurants. We played three rounds of golf while we were there (Carya, Pasha and The National) that was all booked by Suat's daughter. Of the courses, Carya wasn't in the best of condition but Pasha and the National were superb. All in all we had a lovely week at Paradise Villa and would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here; we will be going back! Bill, Suat and the team go the extra mile and it shows. Response: It is always great to get such comments as we do try very hard to make people's holiday a bit special. Whether it is what we do in England prior to the dates or the transfers and customer care we give in Belek we try to ensure that everything is done as we ourselves would like.

“The only downside was that we had to go home!” We stayed in the villa in August 2011 and found it to be great - spacious and well located. We took advantage of the airport pick-up & car hire. Do think you need a car if you want to get out and about. Belek town is a few minutes drive away. The beach is lovely. We were very sad to have to go home!

“Great Villa - Great location - Good fun holiday” The Villa is superb - very spacious and in an excellent location whatever you want to do - golf or beach or sight-seeing. We were very well looked after from airport pick-up to car hire supply and everything went smoothly. There are some local shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk down the quiet road and much more in the town of Belek which is 10 minutes drive away. Really like everything about this place....and the locals are genuinely friendly.
