Toros golf villa is located close to 12 international golf courses and only 2 kms from the nearest beach.
Fully furnished to a high standard with satilite TV and DVD player with a small selection of films.
It is in easy reach of all local amenities and if you wish to venture out further car hire is advised.
The villa is over 3 floors and has views of the Toros mountains and has its own large private pool.
It has 4 double sized bedrooms and sleeps 8 persons in comfort, and a large garden with private off road parking.
Normal banking services are available together with good medical facilities should they be required.

The Mediterranean Coast region

Belek and Kadriye are situated on the Mediterranean coast and are surrounded by stunning views of the Toros Mountains.
This location is great for families with plenty to do including local festivals and bustling markets together with an abundance of local history.
There are numerous renowned ancient sites such as Aspendos; an ancient Roman theatre, Manavgat Waterfalls, the ancient ruins in Side, and Antalya castle and marina, to name a few.
You can visit the friendly locals (most of whom speak good English) at work and play by visiting the small provinces which surround the area.
The international golf courses reach several kilometres along the coast line and are lined with beautiful trees and scenery.
The weather is beautiful with plenty of sun from April through to October, winters are much cooler and you can go skiing in the winter’s months of December until about March on the Toros Mountains which are one hours drive away from the villa.
There are plenty of water sports and local amenities with great transport links.

Belek / Kadriye area

Belek and Kadriye town centres are equidistant to the villa, being only a few minutes drive away, with a range of shops and restaurants to choose from. When getting around you have a few options including taxi or the local bus service (Dolmus) which is inexpensive, the route travels along the main road which is 5 mins walk. There is also a bicycle available upon request, which is useful.
You will find the delicious traditional Turkish food irresistible from some great restaurants in both towns.
Surrounded by beautiful green hills and coastline what more could you wish for.
We recommend the water rafting, it is a brilliant day out for the family, there is a collection service available which is easy to arrange. There is also Windsurfing, Jet Ski, Para gliding, Horse riding as well as the beaches if you prefer a more relaxing time.

Golf facilities are available for both professionals and novices.

How to get there

Antalya is the nearest airport and is 30km away from Belek/Kadriye and airport transfers can be arranged FREE OF CHARGE.
Cheap flights can be obtained with Thomas Cook, Thompson and First Choice.
Flights can also be arranged through BA.COM, but they only fly on Tuesday,Thursday & Sunday.
If you wish to book the villa for 2010 please make sure you book your flights EARLY, as they are cheaper when booked early rather than leaving it to the last minute.

Car Hire can be arranged on booking if requested,(car hire is advised should you wish to see the sights).

Conditions

Strictly NO SMOKING inside of villa, however smoking is allowed outside in the garden area or on lower terrace.
25% deposit is required ( non-refundable ) on booking and remaining balance should be paid six weeks before your stay to secure your booking fully.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required on arrival and will be returned after two of departure date, (subject to property inspection).

You have a beautiful villa, it's even better in real life (the pictures don't do it justice!). It's a shame we have to go back because we have had a wonderful time here, it has been a really peaceful and relaxed holiday, just what I needed. Will definitely be back next year!
