This luxury one bedroom apartment has an internal area of 58 sq.m, and a balcony overlooking the gardens. Augustus Village is based in the picturesque five star Augustus Resort which is a gated community on the outskirts of the village of Tasagil, half way between Side and Belek. The properties in the village are set around beautiful landscaped gardens, courtyards and the nine swimming pools. Antalya International airport is just a 35 minutes drive. The Belek international golf courses, Hip-Notics wakeboarding park and historic sites of Aspendos, Perge and Side are a short drive away and 300 days of sunshine make this an all year round destination.

A spacious open plan living area with TV, DVD / CD player and internet access, which incorporates a fully fitted kitchen complete with white goods, oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. French doors lead onto the balcony.

There is flexible sleeping accommodation for 2 to 4 people. In the bedroom a king bed (or two single beds), and in the living room the wall unit provides a fold out double bed.

Individually controlled air conditioning provides heating and cooling facilities to the living area and bedroom.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The Turkish Riviera is set in one of the best locations in the world, surrounded by ancient cities and a turquoise sea. Approximately 15 minutes drive from the resort are beautiful sandy beaches with paragliding, water skiing, jet skis, underwater diving and yachting, just some of the activities on offer. Perhaps you would prefer mountaineering, caving, white water rafting, horse-riding, hunting or fishing - you choose. Away from the beaches you can find beautiful National Parks with magnificent waterfalls and flora. This area has the warmest climate in Turkey and remains open to tourism throughout the Winter with 300 days of sunshine a year. The Taurus mountains are high enough to provide skiing in Winter months and are a backdrop along the coast from Antalya to Alanya and beyond. This means that you can go skiing in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon!

For enthusiastic golfers, Belek is now home to 11 championship golf courses including the newly opened Nick Faldo course.

For wakeboarders there is the Hip-Notics park just 3km away.

Side – (pronounced see-day)
Just 25 minutes from Augustus Village you can visit the beautiful and bustling town of Side, situated on a peninsula one kilometre long and four hundred metres wide. The name Side means “pomegranate”. Here you can see historic monuments, museums and the superb Side theatre where the annual festival is held, also he magnificent grandeur of Apollo's Temple on the beach. Side has more to offer - a plethora of shops with colourful vendors and goods and cosy little restaurants where you can relax and enjoy good local food and a harbour and beaches and plenty of nightlife too!

Perge - was the second biggest ancient city in the Aksu district of Anatolia. The ruins of the city are vast and although excavations started in 1946, today the city has still not been fully uncovered. You will find the ruins of the once magnificent theatre, a u-shaped stadium and a Gateway within the remains of the wall that surrounded the city in the Hellenistic period.

Aspendos - among the ruins of Aspendos, you can find the best preserved ancient theatre in Turkey, built with a seating capacity of around 20,000 and one that is still in use today. During the summer months you can attend a concert, ballet or opera depending on the programme for the season. This is truly an opportunity not to miss. Aspendos also offers views of a once magnificent aqueduct constructed in Roman times.

Antalya – although today a modern city there are still traces of old Turkey that are worth searching for. The Hidirlik tower and the Karatay Medresse an ancient castle overlooking the harbour with it's old houses nestled inside. If the region's art and history is for you then a visit to the Antalya Museum is a must.

Manavgat waterfall – One of the best known waterfalls in Turkey is located on the Oymapinar dam road, 3 km from the town of Manavgat.

Duden and Kursunlu waterfall – is on one of the tributaries of the Aksu river and nestling in the middle of a pine forest is exceptionally beautiful. The countryside around the falls provides a lovely picnic area and pleasure spot and is just 30 minutes from Augustus Village. Kursunlu offers the unique experience of being able to walk behind the cascade. Its claim to fame is that it was used in the television advertisement for Timotei shampoo.

Caves –
About one third of Turkey is underlain by carbonate rocks. The intense rock stratum is spread almost all over Turkey but is found particularly in the regions of the Taurus Mountain Range. In the town of Alanya lies the cave of Dalmatas, which contains spectacular stalactites and stalagmites and the moist atmosphere is said to relieve asthma and chest complaints.

“Turkish Delight” Having stayed at the complex before in a superb villa, I was unsure of how it would be to stay in an apartment; I need not have worried, the apartment was spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. Our stay was made all the more enjoyable by the friendliness of the owners and residents that we had the pleasure to speak to and spend time with during our stay. We would have no problem in recommending this apartment to anyone, especially those that want to be situated within easy reach of a number of different locations, but without being in the middle of a highly commercial area.

“Perfect holiday location for golf in Belek, Turkey” "This is a lovely resort with very good facilities. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It is a very good location for anyone who likes to play golf as Belek is only 20 minutes away. We would recommend hiring a car to visit the various places of interest in the local area".

“peaceful” I highly recommend this place to everyone out there. It is so quiet and peaceful, that you don't even want to leave the compound. Yet it is at the heart of every action your heart desires that you can easily venture out. The agency was extremely helpful in the selection of this location and I would love to go back again and again.

“Beautiful Location and Apartment” Wow what a beautiful location and apartment. Everything that we were told by the owner was true. The aparment is fitted to a high standard and I would recommend it with no hesitation. Augusta Village is in the hills, It was so peaceful and quiet. Everybody was friendly and we are hoping to return to this apartment in the near future.
