Welcome! This unique and magnificent Villa Vendi has been designed for all the comforts of a luxury holiday away from home. You'll find large patios, terraces, and balconies all throughout the exterior with a 60m2 private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, covered gazebo, and a private car park, all within the gated property. In addition to these luxuries, a spacious living room is there for your relaxation with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, two of which are en suite, a dining hall and separate fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning is fitted throughout the villa.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The summer months are long and hot along the coastal regions. The winter months are considered warm and cool. January is the rain season. During the year rainfall can be counted in days.

Mediterranean Cuisine, Healthy, refreshing and tasty foods and salads are made from the fresh fruits and vegetables that are grown all year round locally. Restaurants serve up Mediterranean flavors, diverse in styles and tastes.

Antalya's wealth of tourism products, museums, harbour, water theme park, restaurants, historical attractions, require more than one visit, during your stay.

The Kursunlu and Duden Waterfalls attract not only tourists but also the locals, who picnic on the provided tables. Do not forget to take your camera.

Koprulu Canyon is a must see, following the scenic route, the twisting road crisscrosses over mountain streams, and passes through virgin forests it is often a slow drive as the view at every turn is more beautiful than the last. Fish restaurants dot the rest areas, and well worth a visit. For the more energetic white water rafting can be arranged on the wide crystal clear waters, along the canyon.

Aspendos a beautiful preserved Roman threatre a few miles from Belek, hosts outdoor concerts during the summer, tickets are available through the local travel agents.

Belek, and its close town Kadriye, are about 20minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car, Belek Beach Park is a five minute drive away.

Villa Vendi is a self contained Villa situated in Belek. This is a dream destination for golfers and non golfers. Apart from becoming one of Europe's premium golf resorts. Belek offers every thing for every one. For the youthful, it has the expression of Water Rafting and Canoeing, for the high flyers it's the place for Paragliding and Hang Gliding. Children and teens have various activities that keep them captivated, cycling, horse riding, water park, sailing, snorkeling , fishing, skiing. Moreover this area has a rich history spanning several civilizations back to its foundations in the 2nd century.

There is an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars meandering to the excellent harbour of Antalya.

How to get there

Nearest Airport is Antalya, and is 25mins away from the Villa.

Charter flights, from Manchester, Gatwick, Stanstead all year round, with flights from other UK regional airports operating during the summer months.

Antalya Airport transfer / car hire can be arranged, also all excursions and golf booking by a local friendly company.

Villa Vendi, stands in its own grounds, a very spacious villa designed by the owners and built by a a local architect, covering 3 floors, two of the large bedrooms are en suite, with two further bathrooms on the ground level and second level, (family bathroom) water is solar heated with backup heating provided through the electric shower units.

Air Conditioning, is provided by six split units, one in each bedroom, and one in the kitchen the other in the living room/lounge.

Internet and telephone sockets are installed in every room , but not connected to the telephone system.

All window have security shutters built in.

The Desjoyaux type kidney shaped, large swimming pool is the main attraction in the garden, with ample sun loungers for all to relax, patio table and chairs add to the outdoor living, with the built in BBQ, and seating type gazebo adding to the entertainment and relaxing atmosphere, at the end of the garden. Outside patio and balcony villa lighting adds to the holiday experience. The garden has its own irrigation /watering system. t

A terrace runs all the way round the ground level of the villa, and each of the bedrooms has balconies, two of which have two balconies. Both kitchen and lounge open up onto the large patio, overlooking the pool.

Number of persons to be limited to maximum of 8.
A returnable security deposit of GBP150, will be required to cover damages to the villa, loss of keys, remote controls, breakages, shower unit misuse, misuse of locking internal doors etc .

A 25% deposit of the total rent amount will be due within 7 day of booking to confirm reservation. The balance will be due 14 days prior to commencement of your holiday.

The owners representative to be notified immediately of any damages to the villa and/or its contents during your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa as a condition of rental. Guests may smoke outside, in the garden area. Please do not leave cigarette ends on the grass.

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the villa or on the villa premises.

Villa Keys, arrangements will be made for receiving and returning.

Conditions

Villa to be left in the state you would expect to find it, all laundry to be collected and left in a bundle, ready to be collected, at the end of your stay. If laundry service required during your stay, will be at renters account
