Two x 3 bedroom villas (sleeps 6/8 each) boasting a large shared, private pool and communal pools including a shallow child's pool and site shop within 50 meters. New for 2011 is large Veranda with Turkish barbecue to provide shaded area, and communal eating area. Large Patio areas with mountain views from balconies.

Peaceful location on well established complex with palm trees lining the road. 12 PGA standard golf courses available within ten minutes drive from villas. 5 minutes drive to two excellent public beaches. Fully Air-conditioned. White water rafting and Quad Biking within easy reach at excellent prices. Water parks.

Annis Villas share a large private pool 30m2 and are only 50 meters from small shop and large communal children's and adult pools.

There is a lockable shed suitable to store golf equipment, which contains two peadal cycles, and two basic sets of golf clubs for residents use.

Each villa has three double bedrooms with additional sleeping catered for with two double sofa beds on the ground floor. No 42 Villasara has one double bed on first floor, all other bedrooms in either villa have two single beds.
The private shared 30m2 pool has a constant depth of 1.4 meters, with three solid steps in one corner for easy entry/exit. Parents should always supervise children around the pool as the large tiled area does become slippery when wet.
Properties are NO smoking inside but guests welcome to smoke in grounds or on balconies.

The Mediterranean Coast region

AnnisVillas are in Belek area which is located on the Turkish Riviera. Records show over 300 days of sunshine annually for the region. Annisvillas are ideally situated to visit many places in the Antalya area.There are numerous historical sites to visit, Side, Perge, Aspendos to name but a few. You are able to walk around an ancient city named in the bible as Perge or sit in the 2000 year old Roman Theatre at Aspendos all at very little cost.

It is advisable to hire a car if you intend to do some serious sightseeing and to plan your itinery beforehand with a good map of the area. However the excellent local Dolmus and bus service is regular and cheap to use. We also have good contacts with local Taxi and mini bus operators, so ask for details.

The Mediterranean shore with its crystal clear waters offers windsurfing, sailing, jet skiing along with the widest possible range of water sports all available on Kadriye beach five minutes drive away.

In February and March you can ski in the morning and swim in the Med in the afternoon. SAKLIKENT skiing centre is only 1.5 hours away. If you are seeking excitement and adventure, how about a days rafting in Koprulu Canyon? The wide river that flows through the beautiful and marvelous Koprulu Canyon National Park has attracted visitors from all over the world and is a popular tourist place for those who are interested in rafting. The owners have excellent contacts with a local rafting company just ask for details.

In Belek and Kadriye all types of sports facilities are to be found from aerobics and step to squash, tennis, archery, volleyball and basketball in the extensive hotel areas. You will also find paintball, go karts, and other exciting pastimes at the local beach parks.
You can also find fitness programs, aerobic and step lessons, squash, tennis, archery, volleyball, basketball, swimming lessons, completely equipped fitness centers, sauna and Turkish baths, beauty salons and many sporting activity possibilities. After holidaying in Belek, you can return home healthy and fit, or totally relaxed having enjoyed the villa pool and beach parks the choice is yours.

There are at least 12 PGA standard golf courses all within a 15 min drive of the villa. Guests are welcomees at some courses, and the owner can help to arrange discounted rates.

Nature
Waterfalls are spectacular in the area, Kurunsolu, Duden and Manavgat are all worth a visit. Sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach in late summer and are protected, but can be seen at night time.
The mountains are worth a visit at any time of the year, the views toward Antalya city and the coast are spectacular.

The Belek / Kadriye area

Kadriye beach is about 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes to walk. Turn right onto the main road, go past the Hospitals and straight over the roundabout, and then the first left.

The beach park has several bars at the front, with sun loungers and water sports available. There are a number of themed restaurants, a horse riding centre, paintball, a mini theatre, and Turkish bath.

Belek is a lovely family beach with top class facilities at low prices, cost 1YTL each to enter, with subsidised food.

From Antalya airport follow signs for Alanya, this takes you onto the main road. Follow this road for about 20 minutes until you see the sign for Belek on the right (next to the Shell Petrol Station) turn right towards Belek and follow this road right to the very end (you will pass the town of Kadriye which will be on your left) At the end of this road (you will see signs to various Five Star hotels) turn left, past the Forsa Shopping Centre and the Hospital, you will see a sign for Gulkol Sitesi, turn left into the road.

Villa Annis is located 50 meters past the swimming pool, and shop complex.
