About the home

Villa Summer is a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa set in an area famous for its superb golf courses, 8 courses all within 20 minutes of the Villa. The local towns of Kadriye, within walking distance, and Belek just 5 minutes in taxi or bus, are great for shopping and fine dining. The sandy beaches of both towns, with new beach parks of bars and restaurants, are within 1 mile of the villa. A bus, taxi or private hire car can have you there in minutes.

The Villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and boasts its own private pool! Great for families and couples alike. Located just a few doors down from the villa is a shop/games dining area and large communal pool. A short walk to the top of the street will take you to a few nearby restaurants.

The Shared and private pools are not open all year. The pool is open from 1st May through to the end of September.

The Mediterranean Coast region

The coastline along the Mediterranean Sea is an alluring destination, renowned for its magnificent scenery with picturesque coves and rocky headlands, turquoise waters, golden beaches and pine forests. The beautiful landscape, where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean is the beginning of the Turquoise Coast, dominated by the mountains of the Taurus range whose cliffs plunge into the sea of intense blue.

Further along the Mediterranean one reaches the Turkish Riviera as it is known, the region of Antalya; and together these make up the tourism capital of Turkey. Simple villages share the water's edge with sophisticated resorts, and fishing vessels and pleasure yachts mingle together in the sheltered harbours. Endless days of sunshine make it a paradise for boat cruises, sunbathing and swimming and numerous water sports, and there are a variety of restaurants and bars to round off a day on the water.

The coast also boasts a rich cultural legacy from early civilisations and is imbued with history and legend, found in ancient cities and at sites such as the fires of Chimaera at Olympos, and numerous ruins dotted about the countryside.

The Belek / Kadriye area

GREAT ACTIVITY DESTINATION
Many activities and excursions are available, white water rafting, skiing, all types of water sports including parasailing, alongside pony trekking, boat trips, and Jeep safaris into the mountains to name a few! There are large water parks in the Belek area, or in Antalya which also has a Dolphin show. See the Links and Local Area pages.

GREAT LOCAL BEACHES and SITES
There are magnificent beaches at Kadriye and Belek within five minutes drive and historic sites to visit, Perge and Aspendos are not to be missed, and there are eight excellent PGA standard golf courses within ten minutes of the villas with more planned in the next two years, designed by International golfers like Nick Faldo, and Colin Montgomery.e Temple of Apollos at the town of Side.

Villa Summer is located just 20 minutes drive from Antalya Airport.
Taxis are always available at the airport at around 50/60 euro single fare however we can provide transfers at 75 euro return fare by our property manager and friend who is also the key holder. The 75 euro return transfer cost is per car ( 4 people per car ) . If you are taking advantage of the airport transfer, you must NOT decide to get a taxi from the airport to the villa when you arrive at antalya airport, otherwise you will lose your security deposit.

A £150 deposit secures any booking with the remaining balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to your stay. Deposit is non refundable should you cancel your booking. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover any breakages and will be refunded approx 1 week after your stay should no damages have occurred. PLEASE NOTE, ANY BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE THE 15TH MAY WILL AVAIL
