Home description

A large and spacious villa with all the convenience of home! This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom Turkish style villa sleeps 8 guests in 3 twin rooms, with one sofabed. Each bedroom has its own balcony and the top floor balcony has views across the Taurus mountain range.

There is a large open- plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has TV, cable , and DVD. There are two bathrooms and the villa is fully air-conditioned, and heated. A curved marble staircase leads to the 1st and 2nd floors. Every bedroom has its own balcony, which have chair and/or sun-beds. The outdoor area is perfect for dining and has a BBQ.

The villa is situated between two typical Turkish towns of Belek and Kadriya. The most attractive feature of this holiday home is the peacefulness of the area, whilst being close enough to enjoy the facilities on offer.

The Mediterranean Coast region

There are so many places of interest to visit within 30 minutes of the villa. Aspendos, a wonderful Roman ampitheatre, the salt pools of Pamucali, the picturesque old town and harbour of Antalya, and the spectacular town of Side, with its narrow streets, offering every possible shop, and craft imaginable. On the harbour there are dozens of bars and restaurants, over-looking the sea, and the boat offerishort trips or full days exploring the coastline. In Antalya, a brand new Designer Centre is now open. Only 10mins. walk to 5 or the 8 golf courses.

The temperature very rarly goes below 55 degrees in the winter, and can rise to 115 in the hight of the summer. This is complimented by a lovely breeze coming off the mountain in the near distance.

Belek area

A peaceful residential area overlooking fields and view of the Taurus Mountains. The villa is situated between the two typically Turkish towns of Belek and Kadyria. Six beautiful golf courses can be found within 10min of the Villa. (soon to be 8 we're told)

There' s a host of restaurants bars and shops. The beach bars are wonderful, with all typesof different restaurants. Regular markets and plenty of amusements for all ages ,which include waterparks, horse riding paintball and jeep safari. Local supermarkets offer all you will need, and are staffed by locals, always with a smile, and a good wish.

How to get there

- Fly to Antalya - Belek is just 25min drive from the airport

- Flights available from www.flythompson.com ..www.holidaywarehouse.com .. monarch airlines

-Car hire available from airport or locally or a pick up service can be arranged

-There are always local taxis at airport fare should be not more than 35 euros Always check the price before agreement, and the taxi service can be used to get around to the local beauty spots at very cheap rates.

- Large marble tiled area patio surrounding the house, with table and chairs for that lovely evening meal, or just relaxing by the pool.
- Sun beds around the pool and on each of the balconies.
- The pool is maintained twice a day.
- Because of the positioning, there is always sun, and an area of shade.. if it all gets too hot!

- Because of the temperature, pool only available from April through to October.
- Maid service can be arranged locally
