All modern amenities. Queen size beds in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gated and fenced Bermuda grass lawn. Decorative sensored illumination outside of villa.
All lights in villa on dimmer switches. Plantation ceiling fans in every room. Caretaker property, entry way tropical garden with banana trees, professionally maintained lawn.
Catch the morning sun and have morning tea on the upper deck right off of your bedroom overlooking the turquoise waters, cliffs and beach. Spend some time on the beautiful beach right below the house, exercising, meditating, reading, lounging, heaven to have it all to yourself.
You will get the best tan in the Barbados with the reflection of the white sand and the breeze on the beach. Then when you are brown enough for the day a few steps up to the lower covered verandah for afternoon dinner and more lounging and a little nap on the comfortable outdoor lounges. Great place for afternoon tea also.
End your day on the upper deck picking stars out of the sky, feel the warm tropical breeze, listen to the doves coo and the waves roll and soak up paradise and sleep like a baby. You will return home a changed person.

The St Philip Parish region
St.Philip is the fastest growing parish on the island. It is conveniently located, close to the airport, shops, grocery stores, tourist sites, gas stations, shopping centre, cash machine. Very close to the villa is a rum factory that you can tour, a plantation home, Sam Lords Castle, Crane resort, sugar cane fields, Four Square Rum factory, Concorde exhibit and much, much more.

Crane Resort has 2 restaurants, bar, shops, close to villa. The privacy of a home with the luxury of a world class resort minutes away.
The reason it is the fastest growing parish is people are discovering the gorgeous breezes and beautiful beaches. It has always been a well kept secret. The beaches are gorgeous, empty for the most part and unspoiled beauty. There you sit on this gorgeous beach by yourself not believing there is still a place on earth like this. There is. No matter where I travel to on the island I cannot wait to get back to the villa, with the wonderful cool breeze that permeates the property.

Bel Air is Breathtaking. A safe and secure neighborhood, conveniently located nearby beautiful beaches, cliffs and resorts. The local beaches are glistening with white sand and blue seas lapping at the shore. Located close to resorts, centrally located so easy to get everywhere. Crane Resort within 5 minutes.
Any activity you can think of is within 20 minutes of villa. Two different beaches steps below the villa. Grocery store, cash machine, restaurants, gas, fast food all within 5 minutes of villa.
How to get there
Car hire is highly recommended anywhere you stay in Barbados. Fun and safe island to explore. If you are more casual than formal a mini moke or a Jeep is a perfect rental for Barbados. Owner of villa will recommend a trustworthy and reliable car rental agency.
New Multimillion Dollar Grantley Adams International Airport 15 minutes from villa. Code for airport on airlines sites is (BGI).
World Class Crane Resort Barbados is coves away from villa. One of the top ten beaches in the world.

Further details indoors: Living Area downstairs exits to ocean front lower covered verandah that opens to gated and fenced lawn. Great when you have children as you can tend to them while you are inside the villa and they are outside playing football in the yard. Very open living.
Upstairs Balcony is great for morning to early afternoon sun while baby or small child is napping you can be sunning. Exit to balcony from two of the bedroom. Again clear sight of child while you are doing your own thing whether it is lounging or reading or sunning. Well set up for children. One of the bedrooms no access to balcony.
Villa is comfortably furnished, more casual than formal. Lots of extras, well stocked villa. All tile, all beautiful and modern bathrooms. Beds are larger than double, they are queen size comfortable mattresses with nice linens and towels provided. There is a safe provided for your laptop and valuables with a combo lock that you set yourself. Alarm system. Combo locks, no keys.
Further details outdoors: Gated driveway with large white cement driveway for parking. 6 foot guard wall encasing driveway and back of villa, Front of villa facing ocean is white picket fence and Bermuda grass, well maintained. Entry way to house has tropical garden with tropical plants and banana trees.
All tile on walkways and verandah well maintained. Beach about 12 steps down below villa. Villa sits on cove with 4 other ocean front properties. However the beach is almost always empty. A little piece of heaven. Nice neighbourhood. Safe and secure.
Two of the bedrooms exit on to ocean front upper balcony that is furnished with 2 dining tables, cushioned dining chairs, 2 cushioned lounges and side tables.
Living area downstairs exits to covered ocean front verandah with 3 dining tables and 6 cushioned dining chairs, 2 cushioned loungers, tea cart.

Wonderful villa for a Honeymoon or Celebration of an Anniversary. Renew your vows on the Majestic Cliff in front of Villa. 2 gorgeous beaches almost always all to yourself. Just get back in touch and spend a wonderful holiday together.
Villa is 3 bedroom with comfortable queen beds in each room with nice linens and pillows. I also have 2 cots available for a party of 7 or 8.

It was comfortable, clean, safe, in a perfect location, kitchen did not lack anything, decor was perfect, spacious, lots of closet space w/hangers, caretaker on property was helpful when needed, security/alarm system, loved the keyless entry system (no keys to lose!), wonderful ocean breezes, plush grass in backyard surrounded by fencing, auto night lighting system, unforgettable sunrises on upper deck. Villa is on a street with only 4 other properties so it is quiet. The owner takes tremendous care and pride in the villa and it shows in her decorating in all 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and living and kitchen space. More than enough utensils and dinnerware. The entryway to the villa is thriving with native flowers and a banana tree. Villa is also located close to the Crane for dinners or the beach. Besides, the beach below the villa, there is a beach within 1 block walking distance that we used every day and virtually had it to ourselves. Villa is also close to Grantley Adams Inter. AP and many beaches. St. Philip parish is a good location for everything and we feel had the prettiest of beaches. If you are looking for comfort, relaxation, safe, close to activities and just a good at home feeling, this is the villa for you. On a scale of 1-10, this villa is a 12!! Also the owner was extremely helpful in all our planning. Every question we had was answered quicky and thoroughly. This was a big plus for me as we had never been to Barbados and had many questions. Owner even was helpful with info on flights and car rentals. Do not be afraid to rent a car so you can really see the true Barbados! Your visit to this villa and Barbados will have you aching to return - trust me on this one! You will return home with many wonderful experiences and memories. I am sure there are things I missed because everything is just fantastic but I hope this review has been helpful.

Date Submitted: May 28, 2008 Date of Stay: December 2007 "My husband and I spent the Christmas and New Year's Holiday with our 3 young children at this beautiful property. This was our 1st travel experience to a home rather than a hotel - and it exceeded our expectations on every level. The upper decks allowed my husband and I to read and sun ourselves while the children were napping. The kitchen was so well equipped that we were able to prepare/cook a full American turkey dinner and all the trimmings for the holidays. The ocean views are spectacular! We enjoyed falling asleep to the tranquil sounds of the waves hitting the cliffs and loved the breeze. What a delight - no bugs/no flying insects! The children loved watching the local fisherman on the cliffs and had a ball playing soccer in the picket fenced yard. The caretaker was wonderful and most helpful to our family. We felt very safe. At dusk the outdoor lighting automatically illuminates the property - it is quite pretty. We loved exploring the island. This villa felt like our home away from home and we look forward to returning. When I was contacted recently by the owner to write a review I did not want to do it, as I did not want to share my secret destination with the world! In all fairness though, I must tell you you would never be disappointed with this property, no matter what your ages are. This property has something for everyone. Incredible views, comfortable beds and soft linens, well equipped, a fenced in yard for the kids, and easy access to a beautiful private beach. This truly is an incredible find and I would highly recommend it, but please don't take my weeks from me!

We feel so fortunate and lucky to have come upon this incredible vacation rental. We just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The views from the moment you wake are beyond words. The house and decks were lovely and most comfortable. We loved the privacy and unspoiled beauty of the beach right below the house. We just had a magnificent stay and can't wait to return to stay again and hopefully longer next time. The owner was so helpful in all our questions and gave us great information. This house and location is something you dream about. Then you wake up and realize it is real. And you just feel so lucky and so blessed to be there.

The location is breathtaking, undoubtably the best location for a very relaxing holiday. The upper and lower decks are ideal for eating and sipping cocktails with the sound of the waves breaking the the background. Highly recommended. The owner of the property is so informative and assisted us with every query promptly. We would definitely return.
