About the home

The villa is Just 15 mins drive from the International airport and close to shops , banks and beaches and is in a quiet and peaceful location ideally suited for families and couples, yet close to local beaches and restaurants. Crane beach, one of the island's finest, is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive, and there are beautiful walks to other nearby beaches such as Sam Lords, and cliff views overlooking sea. The villa has its own 35 foot private pool with shallow end suitable for children. The terrace is ideal for relaxing and overlooks the pool and sea views. There is a large garden suitable for games. Broadband and wireless internet is avaiable.

A welcome pack of basic essentials can be provided upon request. You will be met upon arrival by my representative who will hand over keys etc and is on hand to answer any queries. Arrival and changeover times can be flexible. Rental periods can be weeks or days which are charged at the pro-rata weekly rate.

Conditions

A completed booking form and a deposit of £250 secures the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

The St Philip Parish region

Barbados is one of the Carribean's most popular islands and visitors tend to return year after year. It is friendly and safe and often known as "little England". The climate is hot, but the beaches and south-east trade winds make this a beautiful place. Flights are around seven hours direct from UK and good deals can be had by booking in advance and shopping around.

Located 15 minutes drive from the International airport. Belair Pines is a modern and spacious villa ideally suited to families and couples. Nearby beaches include Crane beach (one of the island's finest), Sam Lord's, Foul Bay and Bottom Bay. Crane beach, which is a ten minute walk away, is suitable for body-surfing and is popular with families. The world-famous Crane Hotel has local and international restaurants, shopping centre and serves afternoon teas. "Six roads" shopping centre is a ten minute drive away with banks, supermarket and other shops. There are local shops nearby within walking distance. There are beautiful sea and cliff walks in the area.
