Clean, comfortable, and cool, this fully equipped apartment is your ideal choice. It is in a luxury residential building, and the complex (Beibuwan Yihao) itself is a new landmark and tour attraction because of its unique building design and beautiful tropical garden. And thus from here you can take a 1-day tour of Beihai. You can also watch the sea in the garden. It is very safe because of many 24-hour security guards. Its excellent location is convenient for sightseeing, shopping, eating out, etc. Free items: Wi-Fi (the 4M speed is occupied by this apartment while computer not included), many leisure areas, fitness equipment, children's playground, basement parking, and luggage check. We also speak English and Japanese.

There are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 kitchen, and 1 balcony in the 35-square-meter apartment (no sea view). Equipment: Refrigerator, Clothes washer, Clothes drying frame, Screen window, Table and chairs, LCD HD CATV, Heater and air conditioner, Gas water heater, Electronic door lock, Alarm systems, Kettle and glasses, Hair dryer, Towels and linen, Shampoo and rinse, Soap, Slippers, and Toilet paper.

In this building we also have a sea-view apartment and it is listed, too. Between the 2 apartments you need to go up and down by 2 elevators in the same corridor. The price quoted is for 1 or 2 guests. $10/night each guest after 2 guests. Optional services: Adding a 62x176-cm bed $10/request, Cleaning and supply change $10/request, Tooth brush $1, Combination of tooth brush and 115-g paste $2, 150-g laundry detergent $1, Baking microwave oven rental $10/stay, Swimming pool and water massage $1/entry for a kid under 1.2 m and $2 each for the others.

Nearby Sea-View Plaza and 5-star Shangri-La Hotel, it is close to most of the destinations. The transportation is convenient and fast. At the complex you can take a free shuttle to the biggest supermarket and mall in Beihai. Along Shanghai Road, a 3-minute walk takes you to Beibuwan Road where there are Bus Route 1 and 15 which take you to "Heart of Beihai" Beibuwan Square or to Long-Distance Bus Terminal, in 10 minutes. Long-distance buses are also convenient. Along Chating Road a 15-minute walk towards west takes you to Ocean Park where you can find national 4A tour destination Underwater World. Here you can take either Bus Route 3 or Tour Bus to national 4A tour destinations Sea Window and Silver Beach and the Port where you can go to Hainan or national 4A tour destination Weizhou Island.

How to get to the apartment
If you come from the Airport (BHY, 19 km), we can reserve a car for you for 70 yuan (taxi is about 90 yuan) a couple of days before your arrival. If the destination of your long-distance bus is not Nanzhu, some buses may come near the apartment and you can ask the driver make a stop. Taxi fare is about 30 yuan from the Train Station (6 km), Long-Distance Bus Terminal, or Port (11 km). You should bargain fare at the beginning because drivers do not use meter. Ask the driver go to Beibuwan Yihao (the name of the complex) on Chating Road. At the apartment complex give me a phone call and I will pick you up.

The beach is just across the street and many people swim here. Across Beibuwan Road, you can find travel agencies, rental car, ATM, drugstores, grocery stores, farmer's market, and fast food. On the way to Ocean Park, you can find some restaurants and coffee shops.

Rules: Please smoke at the balcony. No pets. Check-in time: after 15:00; check-out: before 11:00.
