Location: In the main street of Beer with only a few seconds stroll to the beach.
Accommodation: Entrance hall, with antique writing bureau and chair. With the exception of the kitchen areas the whole of the ground floor has light parquet flooring covered with quality rugs.
Sitting room: large light and airy room, tastefully decorated with beautiful mullioned windows and window seat looking out onto the street, gas coal effect fireplace with Beer stone surround. Two antique brown leather sofas and occasional table with attractive lamps. TV/DVD with freeview and CD/iPod player, DVDs and CDs. Co-ordinating soft furnishings. Separate dining room with large window and feature window seat overlooking the courtyard garden. Open hatch from the kitchen with small table below. Gas fire. Pine table and chairs, pine bookshelves with books and games.
Kitchen: Fully fitted cream and red kitchen, well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, and microwave. Integrated utility area to kitchen with washing machine, dryer and freezer through to a new wet room with wash basin and WC.
Up the beautiful pine staircase to:
Family bathroom with blue floor, new white bathroom suite with over bath shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: King size bed with bedside tables, double pine wardrobe. Victorian feature fireplace, polished wooden floorboards with quality rug. Mullioned windows and window seat overlooking Beer.
Bedroom 2: Has a double bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and occasional chair. Large window with window seat overlooking the courtyard.
Bedroom 3. Twin room with feature fireplace topped with shelf and mirror, unusual wicker wardrobe with drawers and antique occasional chair.
Outside: Pretty courtyard garden fully enclosed with trellis over the gate. Retractable washing line. Garden table and chairs, a delightful place to enjoy your summer evenings
Restrictions: Regret no smoking. Linen and towels are not included.
Facilities: Gas central heating. Gas and electricity is included in the rental from April to end of September. An extra £30 is charged from October to end of March.
