Attractive modern cottage, well positioned in a quiet location in this popular picturesque fishing village of Beer - a gateway to the Jurassic Coast.
Under a 10 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, traditional inns, sheltered beach with fishing trips, sailing, rock pooling, small family run beach cafes, deck chairs and local fish for sale. The Jubilee Gardens with seating and small play park overlooks the pretty cove with fantastic views of the cliffs and sea.
Spectacular cliff top walks along the Heritage Coast footpaths to the seaside village of Branscombe in one direction and to Seaton and Lyme Regis along the National Nature Reserve in the other.
So much to see and do in the village - Beer Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway with pleasure Gardens, plus Seaton Tramway and the Axe Estuary, 5 minutes drive away.
A wonderful home in this pretty seaside village.

The World Heritage Site, "The Jurassic Coast", with exciting coastal foot paths and beaches to discover, interesting traditional town and villages to visit, beautiful countryside to explore, many historic and modern places to while away the sunny days.
The Beer area
Beer is an unspoilt picturesque fishing village of smugglers and lace making fame. Jack Rattenbury, known as the Rob Roy of the West, a famous 19th Century Beer smuggler is celebrated on Rattenbury Day in September.
A small brook flows down through the village to the sea, with small bay and sheltered pebble beach, nestling between striking chalk cliffs of Seaton Hole and Beer Head, pleasure boats, fishing trips freshly caught crabs, lobsters and fish for sale.
Beach cafes serving excellent cooked breakfasts, light meals, local crab sandwiches and Devon Cream Teas.
Interesting Roman quarry caves. Miniature and model railway, pleasure gardens, art galleries, antiques, inns and restaurants.
Sidmouth an elegant seaside town, flanked by the red cliff coastline and green hills of the beautiful Sid Valley, with pebble and sand beaches and a level seafront promenade. Sidmouth has much to offer - an excellent variety of shops, selection of inns, restaurants and cafes. Amenities of golf course, bowling, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, theatre, cinema, parks and gardens. Famous annual International Folk Festival. Just out of Sidmouth are the Noman Lockyer Observatory and the renowned Donkey Sanctuary, coastal resorts of Budleigh, Exmouth, Branscombe, Beer and Seaton are all within easy reach.
Nearby is Branscombe is a small peaceful village, one of the longest in the country surrounded by National Trust land, with spectacular cliffs, downs and wooded combs. Coastal paths to Beer and Sidmouth. Spacious pebbly beach. 12th Century Church, two traditional Inns serving real ales, seaside restaurant, working forge with Old Bakery Tearooms and Mill.
