Location:
In the centre of Beer just off the main street.

Accommodation:
Entrance into hallway with small table and chairs. This leads into
a small but well laid out kitchen. Completely modernised with tiled flooring, window seat, electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer.

Back door leads out to a covered area with seating. Door to utility area with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs to:
Lounge with two 2-seater sofas, flat-screen TV, DVD, dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, wc and wash basin

Further stairs (narrower than average) which lead to a further bathroom with bath, wc and wash basin. Passageway leading to bedroom with twin beds – an ideal hideaway for the children! Please note this bedroom/bathroom and passageway is built into the eaves and has a sloping wall/ceiling.
