Large open plan sitting/dining room, furnished and decorated to a high standard, TV & DVD. A small contemporary gas stove for cold winter evenings. Dining area overlooks the tastefully laid out patio. Stunning contemporary style kitchen, also overlooking the patio. Includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine/dryer and microwave. Large open hatch to second sitting room. Bedroom 1 : King size bed, light and airy with lots of personal touches and storage. Bedroom 2: a twin bedded room with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 3: with a 3' single bed, contemporary decor. Bathroom with modern style bath, washbasin and WC. Separate shower room, luxurious with walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
