"Dont Go Here Until They Get The Issues Sorted Is My Advice"

The garden adjoins an absolute tip next door we couldnt sit out at all its a disgrace the owner does the minimum required to get a let.The electric fire is broken the fan makes a terrible noise so you… More

We have read your comments regarding Little Jacks and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have discussed the issue of the neighbours' garden with the owners of Little Jacks, as it is under their jurisdiction not ours. He has inspected the garden and agrees that it is most unsatisfactory and he will approach the neighbours and, whilst it is not his fence, he is going to erect a 6' fence. Unfortunately we are unable to police neighbours' behaviour but hopefully, with a little diplomacy, we will be able to rectify this for future guests.

The owner has also noted that the TV is on the small side but at the time of purchase it was the only TV available in that particular store. He purchased it in order that the following guests did at least have something to watch. He will change it to a larger one.

We were totally unaware of the bath moving and we will get this rectified if necessary. If guests have any problems at all we ask that they contact our office, which is close by in the centre of Beer, as soon as possible so that we can rectify things, ensuring that they have a lovely holiday and will return in the future - as many of our guests do.
