This beautiful part of East Sussex has the great benefits of being rural, within the South Downs National Park and on the South Downs Way with stunning views, close to the picturesque beaches of Seaford, Cuckmere Haven and Birling Gap and minutes from the lovely town of Lewes. Brighton is also just six miles away.
Very nearby places of interest include Charleston House, Middle Farm, Drusillas Park, Paradise Park, Monks House, Lewes Castle and the port of Newhaven.
In terms of activities on the doorstep, you can choose from walking, paragliding, horseriding, sailing and other water sports.
We are also lucky enough to have the historic Tudor village of Alfriston nearby, as well as National Trust favourite Sheffield Park, the wonderful Ashdown Forest, Ditchling Beacon, Plumpton racecourse and many other places of natural beauty and historic interest.
