There is also a shower room on the ground floor for added convenience along with a well presented lounge with wood burning stove, a beautiful kitchen and a separate dining room complete with dining furniture and a second lounge area with sofa and TV. Roseview also enjoys a beautiful enclosed lawned garden with furniture, patio area, BBQ and a shed for bike storage, the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors on a warm and sunny day.

With oil fired central heating and comprising:Lounge: with wood burning stove, TV, DVD, Radio/CD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Dining Room: with dining table and lounge area including sofa and TV. Shower room: with shower, WC and basin.
Initial supply of logs for the wood burner, remainder of fuel, power, bed linen and towels provided. One well behaved pet welcome.
