Lounge: stylish and contemporary living area with comfy sofas, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large storage cupboard. Separate WC. Outside: patio doors leading out from the lounge onto the enclosed decked area with outside seating, BBQ and countryside views. Amenities: small gravelled area with parking for 3 cars opposite the property and reached by crossing the farm lane.  Central heating and electric £30 per week 1 October - 30 April payable direct to owner on arrival. 1 dog welcome 2 small dogs by arrangement.
