You will be ideally placed for visiting some popular attractions with something for most tastes including rugged Dartmoor, Launceston Steam Railway, Bude Canal and Splashpool, The Eden Project, The Milky Way and much more. Shop for local produce in the market towns of Holsworthy and Launceston, try sailing on the nearby Roadford Reservoir or try your hand at golf or horse riding. In the evenings enjoy a meal at one of the local traditional village inns or relax in the large communal gardens with children's play equipment.Farm activities: there is plenty to do on site for adults and children alike with a pet's corner offering a range of farm animals including, chickens, goats, pigs and ponies. Location: beach 25 minutes drive, village shop and pub under 2 miles and supermarket 6 miles.Approached via external stairs and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD and 1 twin bedroom which is approached down narrow cottage style stairs. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious with exposed beamed woodburner, TV, DVD, hi-fi, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.]]>
