This fully equipped and stylish furnished studio apartment offers a nice view over Monaco and the sea.

The apartment is equipped with a double bed, including a kitchen/dining area for 4, sitting/reading area, a complete bathroom and a balcony with sea view. It is located on the 5th floor of the prestigious Jardins d'Elisa residence featuring a reception area, rooftop garden and children playground. A private resident’s lift provides direct access to the Monte Carlo area of the Principality of Monaco. A secure private parking space located inside the building with through access to the apartment is also available upon request.

Perfect location to explore the magic of Monaco and the French Riviera with easy access to Nice International Airport, Monaco/Monte Carlo train station and the coastal highway.

- 25% of rental fee due 4 weeks before date of arrival to secure booking.
- The apartment is due to be returned clean on departure, cleaning can be arranged for Euro 50. This amount will be deducted from the deposit when the apartment is not returned clean.

The Principality of Monaco with its famous Rock lies between France and the Mediterranean. The prestige and fame of this seductive territory surrounded by the French department of Alpes-Maritimes, extends well beyond its borders which Colette once described as being “frontiers of flowers".

Monaco-Ville, historic seat of the Principality, located upon the rock where the Prince Palace stands, Monte Carlo, the district surrounding its Casino, Larvotto beach, La Condamine around Port Hercule, Fontvieille, the new residential area built on ground reclaimed from the sea and the lively "Carré Belle Epoque" district of Beausoleil are easily accessible from the apartment.

The Beausoleil area

The area is also renowned for the excellent food served in the restaurants and the vibrant nightlife. From your apartment you can reach all these attractions within a short walk.

If you want to indulge yourself with your own cooking, you can also find a variety of fresh produce from meat and fish to seasonal fruits and vegetables in the near-by Beausoleil marketplace designed by G. Eiffel, where you can also enjoy your "Café au Lait" after your daily shopping.

The access to the Monte Carlo Casino, Larvotto public beach, the Japanese Gardens, the famous Monaco yacht harbour and the Grimaldi Forum congress centre is also very convenient. Using the private resident’s lift, providing direct access to the well known Monte Carlo shopping area of the Boulevard des Moulins, and the Principality public lifts, you can easily walk from your apartment and reach all these areas in a few minutes.

BY CAR: The European motorway network which passes only 8km from the centre of town links the Principality of Monaco to France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Benelux countries, Austria and Great Britain. From Nice airport, this network enables you to reach the Principality of Monaco, 22km away in less than 30 minutes, thanks to its own junction on one of the departmental coastal roads.

BY RAIL: All trains stop at the Monaco / Monte Carlo station. The TGVs to and from Paris (journey time 5.5 hours).Trains to Milan, Genoa or Basel during the day. Overnight trains to Strasbourg, Paris, Toulouse, Irun, Port-Bou, Milan, Venice, Pisa and Rome. Regional Express Trains connect Monaco / Monte Carlo with the towns on the Côte d’Azur and on the Italian Riviera.
