Visit Cap Martin and take an afternoon seaside walk to Cabbe beach enjoying the magnificent views of the azure blue sea. Superbly located (the apartment is 2 metres from the border which separates France from Monaco): there is a lift neighbouring the apartment which takes you 14 levels down and out onto the Harbour. Enjoy a lovely 10 min stroll from the apartment to the beautiful Monte Carlo Casino or the Jardin Exotique of Monaco.

Beausoleil is superbly located surrounded by beautiful villages and sea. Visit the Fragonard perfume factory in Eze, soak up the sun at the beaches of Monaco, Cap D'Ail, Cabbe beach, take a half day out to visit the quaint village of Saint Paul De Vence and enjoy lunch there with its pleasures and experience its art and rich lifestyle.

Enjoy a traditional Italian dinner just over the border to Italy. Visit the beautiful Palace Gardens of Monaco and the Oceanographic museum and its collections of invaluable marine fauna. Endless choices can be made to plan your day whilst also soaking up the stunning Mediterranean sun.
Take a morning out to get fresh produce at the local Beausoleil markets or the weekly markets in Ventimiglia, Italy on Fridays. How to get there
AIR Nice Côte-d'Azur International Airport is around 14 miles away from the city, many international airlines fly here including Air France, Easy Jet, Delta, Aer Lingus, Virgin, BA, BMI amongst many others .
BUS There are regular buses connecting Monaco with the two terminals. There is a direct coach link from Nice Airport which takes approx. 35 minutes.
CAR Car hire is available at Nice airport. (recommended book in advance during high season) It is a 30-minute drive from Nice Airport.
HELICOPTER HeliAir Monaco takes 10 minutes and is approximately from €55 per person for a daring but stunning helicopter trip.
INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL TRAIN You can also go to Monaco directly from London by Eurorail, or if you prefer to drive you can do so by crossing the Channel by ferry. In addition Marseille, Toulon and Genoa airports are accessible to Monte Carlo by train.
There is a regular train service from Nice Central Railway Station - arriving at Monte Carlo Railway Station in 15 minutes. It is only a 5 minute lift ride 14 levels up from the Gare De Monaco lift and to the apartment, taking the Beausoleil exit lift from the station.

Rental charge for less than 7 nights on request. *Security deposit is EUR 500 and will be returned within 10 days after check out on inventory as per check in. *50% of rent is paid on booking and remainder of rent and security deposit is paid 7 weeks before arrival date. *If booking is made less than 7 weeks before start date, full rental amount and security deposit is to be paid in full on booking. *Longer lets considered, please apply for conditions. *During the Grand Prix, the rates listed will not apply: Please contact for rental charge for this period. *Rent includes electricity, (except for long lets where rent is less than listed price), water, French satellite TV, internet. *Please note that on departure you are required to leave the property presentably clean. Property will be cleaned on checkout for a maximum of 3 hours. Any additional cleaning will be charged out of the deposit.
