Home description
This studio in the Residence known as "Les Jardins d'Elisa" has a 3 stars rating and can accommodates 2 people. It is in the pre-eminent B Block of the Residence which makes it very safe and secure. The building, which is at the end of a beautiful Belle Epoc street lined with palm trees, is new (2007) , of very good quality and is therefore in excellent condition.
The south east exposure is ideal and the apartment has an exceptional view of The Mediterranean sea which can be enjoyed from the terrace whilst having breakfast or evening cocktails. Or if preferred, guests can take advantage of the fabulous roof garden and it's wide vista. It is especially beautiful at sunset!
The apartment is fully furnished with plenty of closet and drawer space, and a double pull out sofa bed. It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area which seats four comfortably , a full bathroom and a laundry room on the premises. It also has a garage with a permanent private parking space exclusively for the apartment which adds security for your vehicle. There is lift access which is ideal for elderly people.
The studio is located in the beautiful Belle Epoch town of Beausoleil in the hills above Monaco on the Cote d'Azur and enjoys 300 days of sunshine every year. The shops and restaurants of Beausoleil are within walking distance and in ten minutes you can walk down the hill or take the elevator from building A to the famous Larvotto Beach on Princess Grace Avenue in Monaco.
Once in Monte Carlo there is a very efficient public bus transport system to take you to the Casino, The Palace and The Yacht Basin or into Nice. Monte Carlo Railway station is about a 15 minute walk from the Residence where you can catch the train to Nice and Cannes and all parts south of The Cote D'azur. There is also access to the Italian Riviera by car or bus. It is about a 30 minute journey to San Remo.

The Monte Carlo region
Monte Carlo, or Monaco, is the smallest country in Europe! In Monaco, no two days are ever the same as the variety of activities is great. Large events and shows are organised all through the year and these are usually distinctive events.
Many museums, sites and tourist attractions contribute to the Principality's fame.
Monte Carlo is also a favourite departure point for charming excursions into the back country, towards the Cote d'Azur or the Italian Riviera.
Beausoleil area
Beausoleil enjoys a pleasant temperature all year long: the sun shines constantly, however the sea breeze helps cool you down. As Beausoleil is located on a hill, the sea views are really exceptional.
From Beausoleil, you can benefit from all the tourist infrastructures, events, activities and entertainment from the region.
Italy being very close you can also enjoy a day trip to enjoy the Italian culture.

FROM NICE:
From Nice Airport: Bus #110 from Terminal 1 in Nice Airport will drop you at the Tourist Office in Monaco, which is the last stop. Fare 28 euoros round trip. From there you can get a taxi to the residence, around 12 euros or local bus #11 for 1 euro. #11 Bus Stop is right in front of Monaco Tourist Office and drops you right at the Residence
By Train: To Gare de Monaco - 15 minute walk or taxi to Residence
By Bus: #112 Bus from Gare Routiere in Nice. You are looking for th Nice-Eze -Beausoleil Route. get off at Larvrotto beach. Use elevators to walk 10 minutes or get taxi to Residence.
By car: Take Motor Way A8 and Exit at junction 56 (Monaco exit) or junction 57 (la Turbie exit).

There is also a large breakfast room on the ground floor where one can purchase breakfast if needed.
Further details outdoors: It is a self catering apartment about 7 minutes walk from the village of Beausoleil where there is a morning open air fruit and vegetable market. The town also has a supermarket, pharmacy, internet cafe and various restaurants.
The town of Beausoleil is three streets into France from the border of Monaco. One can literally walk into Monaco using the various elevators provided by the town of Beausoleil and Monaco. Larvotto Beach is about a ten minute walk down the hill from the residence.
In case you don't feel like walking into town there is a bus service that takes one to and from the Residence to the village of Beausoleil.The bus stop is directly across the road from the Residence.

These rates include private off street parking, VAT and meet and greet services.,
Not included is a cleaning fee of 60 euros. This fee is to ensure that all guests arrive
to a sparkling clean apartment.
All rates are to be paid in Euros and a non refundable deposit of 200 euros is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival
There is a refundable deposit of 200 euros per stay to cover damges.
During Low season I am open to monthly rental flat rate of 1200 euros -
