The apartment is located in an attractively designed building in the French "Belle Epoque" style. The accommodation consists of hall, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge and balcony.

Beausoleil is conveniently situauted for trips to Ventimiglia and San Remo in Italy as well as for the entire French Riviera, Monte Carlo and other attractions of the Principality of Monaco are literally on the doorstop.

The Monte Carlo region

Beausoleil is a charming little town. Visit Menton, a seaside resort about 10 kms away on the Italian border. If you're feeling energetic you can walk there along the coastal path. Take a picnic or eat at one of the many beach restaurants along the way. Monte Carlo, with its casino and the whole principality of Manaco, with the Oceanographic Museum and Princess Grace Theatre are on the doorstep.

Take a bus to Nice and visit the flower and antique markets or stroll along the Prohenade Des Anglais. Go by bus or train to Cannes or Juan Les Pins.

Beausoleil area

Monte Carlo offers a whole range of sporting and other leisure activities. Enquire at Palais Josephine Reception or visit the tourist offices in Beausoleil or Monte Carlo within the Palais Josephine Complex is a supermarket and a first-class bakery. All amenities are conveniently located nearby.

In Monte Carlo there is always something going on so you will never be at a loss for activities.

Fly to Nice - Easy jet, aerlingus.
Take bus to Beausoleil (Approx 1 hour)

There is free access to the swimming pool on the roof . Washing machines and clothes dyers are available at a modest charge in the buildings basement.

Private parking is available in a nearby parking building the entrance to which is only metres from Palais Josephine. A swimming pool is also available on the roof with a panoramic view of Beausoleil and Monte Carlo. Safe is available in the apartment.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at Palais Josephine. We enjoyed our time there immensely and found that the apartment was perfectly suited to our needs - quiet, yet central. The balcony overlooking the market was a joy and the rooftop pool and its splendid views over Monaco and the ocean provided a relaxing escape. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making arrangements with you again.

Yes we had a great time thanks. Everything worked very smoothly and Pepi was helpful and friendly.
We spent 5 nights at the apartment over the F1 race weekend. The aprtment is in an excellent location, just a five minute walk away from the Casino and the racetrack. It was really nice to be able to stay so close to all of the action, and only have a short walk back at the end of an evening. The apartment itself is basic but perfectly adequate, containing all the things you might need, including a small balcony overlooking the local market. Supermarkets, grocers and restaurants are all around the apartment. We would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting a short stay in close proximity to Monaco.
