Offering two double bedrooms with windows & views to the sea, large bathroom bath and shower, the lounge diner is open plan with quality sofa bed where you can lounge & relax in comfort whilst admiring a view of the Med through the patio doors.
Furnished to a high standard with new quality fixtures and fittings in all rooms, indeed furnished to a far superior standard than other leasebacks on offer in the same residence. Extras included such as TV, IPod dock, DVD, radio, iron, ironing board, hoover, hair dryer,toaster,coffeemaker,kettle,microwave,oven,hob,dishwasher,kettle and fully fitted kitchen .
Private and secure balcony which is not overlooked allowing sunbathing or al fresco dining, something I can recommend whilst the sun sets over the Med, no other apartment can offer such fabulous views from such a prominent position in the building, panoramic views, quality furnishing or quality of life.
All windows and patios come with electrical security shutters as does each room come with air conditioning.
Using the private residents' lift, descending 9 floors below ground level, you can easily walk to Monaco Beach (10 minutes’ walk), Monte Carlo Casino (12 minutes’ walk), the Grimaldi Forum, the Harbour and the best shopping Monte Carlo has to offer.
Regular bus services are available to transfer you to any part of the Principality within 5 minute walk - bus stops outside Jardins D'Elisa as well as Residence Europa, Boulevard des Moulins. An ideal location to relax by the beach in a safe environment, whilst enjoying the splendour and delights of this beautiful Principality.

For those wishing to catre for themselves the kitchen has been upgraded to allow you all the benefits of your home kitchen.
We have had excellent feedback this year regarding the benefits of our offering,indeed guests have been surprised at the quality of the apartment compared to the usual standard offered in France.
The apartment has just been redecorated and a new kitchen fitted along with new TV

The Monte Carlo region
Monte Carlo / Monaco is set on the French Rivera with over 300 days of sunshine a year. It boasts world-famous cuisine, famous spas, the Formula One Grand Prix, Monte-Carlo casino, land and water sports and the very best shopping and night-life on the Rivera.
The area has undergone huge change over the last 10 years and is now more in keeping with the needs of the 21st century holidaymaker, Monaco has everything one could wish for with an abundance of bars and nightlife, this can range from lively to the more relaxed such as the new Budda bar in the gardens of the casino.
Monaco can boats of something for everyone and is a year round destination, full vacations to weekend stays you will enjoy your stay.
Nice International Airport is a 30 minute drive and access to other areas of the Riviera is easy via bus or rail links. Italy is within half an hour, as are famous resorts such as Jan Cap Ferrat and the beautiful and historic village of Eze. Also within an easy car journey are the rolling hills and countryside of Provence.
The Beausoleil / Jardins D'Elisa area
Monaco is steeped in history and has many interesting museums. There are numerous casinos, with stunning architecture, set in the most fabulous scenery. Must-sees are the Prince's Palace, the Cathedral and many other sights.
Monaco has a wonderful climate all year round. It is a safe, clean environment that is very relaxing. The beaches are well maintained with a variety of both private and public areas available. There are two ports, the main one being Port Hercule, for people watching and admiring the most luxurious super-yachts the world has to offer.
This is a must. Port Hercule plays host to annual events such as the Boat Show, Grand Prix, International Show Jumping Iron Man, Beach football and many more.

It was great to come back from the beach, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and just take in the view before going out to one of the many wonderful restaurants for dinner.
