Smart, self catering apartment in the Riviera boasting south west facing terrace/balcony and rooftop pool with spectacular sea views over sea and the famous casino. The interior is fresh in stylish white and cream with facilities for a very comfortable stay. Tiled floors and large doors lead out to the terrace/balcony from the bedroom and living room, it is cool and bright. The kitchen is smart and well equipped. The living room is fresh and airy, the bathroom has bath and shower over and is very modern. The apartment benefits from private parking, lifts and 24hr security, the building is immaculate and well maintained, you will not be disappointed. This is an all year round location, skiing is 1 hour away, Italy 20 mins. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and designer fashion shops. Monaco with Monte-Carlo casino is 5 mins. The area is surrounded by interesting villages with excellent public transport links. Would suit couple or small family. 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed.

Rooftop infinity pool offers spectacular panoramic views over the Monaco Casino and Port and out over the Mediterranean.
Double bed in bedroom with wardrobe and doors to outside terrace, the bedroom is white and fresh. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with bath and very effective shower. Double sofa bed in private living room with doors to outside terrace. The dining area can seat 6. Kitchen is smart with built in appliances also kettle, toaster, iron, etc. The apartment is equipped for a very relaxing stay, would suit couple or small family.
Please contact for Grand Prix rates. 50% of the total amount should be paid on booking (non refundable) and the balance plus a £200 refundable damages deposit is to be paid 4 weeks before going out to the property. In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the £200 refundable damages deposit. The damages deposit will be returned after the keys are returned back to the owner and assuming no damage has occurred to the property or contents. Keys should be returned within 7 days of return home. Check in is after 3pm and departure is before 11am but this can be altered with prior agreement.
Pre arrival shopping and mid stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool, bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge. We welcome business travellers/confererence delegates: the apartment has free WiFi included in the rental charge.
The Monte Carlo region
The apartment is situated along the famous breathtaking Moyenne Corniche with its fantastic views. 5 mins from stylish Monaco beach and Casino. It's ideally located to take advantage of the multitude of attractions that Monaco has to offer, including:

It is also 10 mins from Menton and Italy to the east and and 30 mins from Nice to the west. Cannes is 1 hour's drive as are 3 ski resorts. There are excellent bus and train services to all surrounding areas.
There are many perched, historical villages to visit close by (such as Eze) making Beausoleil an ideal base to explore the French Riviera and Italy.
The Beausoleil area
Beausoleil is a smart and very pretty town with shops and cafes and immediately adjacent to Monaco, which is within walking distance, on the French Riviera. Monaco is packed with an abundance of stylish shops, cafes and has many tourist attractions such as the fantastic aquarium, palace in the old town and Hercule port to gaze at the amazing yachts.

We had the most magical time in Beausoleil. The apartment is extremely well situated and in fact walking distance to Monaco. We did however hire a car as we wanted to see the area and took a trip to Cap Ferrat and Cannes. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The information pack we received from the owners was very thorough and helpful. The only downside for us was that 3 days wasn't long enough to do and see everything but I suppose that means we'll definitely be going back! Absolutely magical, loved every second of it.

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment to visit the Monte Carlo Masters Tennis. The owners were very helpful - providing answers to all our questions. We were welcomed at the apartment block by the charming concierge who showed us where to park - the underground space is very close to the actual apartment - neat design!
We walked everyday to the tennis (35mins) and afterwards along into the center of Monte Carlo and then back up through Beausoleil and back to the apartment - although this is only to be undertaken if you up to hundreds of steps! The whole area is very impressive and very closely packed on the side of the hills/cliffs.
We only used the car once while we were there and visited a beach and Eze (hilltop village) which was very beautiful but expensive.
The weather was fantastic - which for mid-April was a bonus after the English weather.
