The penthouse Bella Vista is located on the 5th floor of a quality building, just 10 minutes walk from the famous Casino square in Monaco. The apartment has 2 balconies, one terrace and a fantastic view over Monaco and the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, there are 2 bedrooms with access to a balcony, an independent kitchen with balcony and the living room with sofabed and terrace. The building has lift and a parking underground is available if requested.

By Car: The European motorway network which passes only 8km from the centre of town links the Principality to France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Benelux countries, Austria and Great Britain.
