A luxuriously appointed two bedroom apartment in a modern building located on the border of Monaco and Beausoleil and less than 300 yards from the Mediterranean.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms with king size beds, a lounge with large LCD TV and DVD, a dining area with seating for 6, a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned and has two balconies. The main balcony providing hypnotic views of Monaco and the Mediterranean, the second provides a city and mountain view.
The apartment provides the perfect holiday combination, with easy access to Monaco's beaches and a rail and bus network which provides stress free transport to all that Monaco and the French and Italian Riviera have to offer.

The Monte Carlo region

Beausoleil area
The beautiful town of Beausoleil, formerly known as Monte Carlo Superieur, contains numerous Belle Époque architecture and an indoor market which was built by Gustave Eiffel and is open 6 days each week. There is also a Supermarket which is open each day and many, many bakeries to pick up fresh croissant and other treats for breakfast
The border between France and Monaco runs through Beausoleil and it is very difficult to see where Beausoleil ends and Monaco begins. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in this vibrant town.
Beausoleil is an ideal location to visit the many towns of the Frech and Italian Riviera with an excellent bus and train service removing the need to hire a car. The train journey along the cost to Nice (17 minutes) and beyond to Cannes is particularly memorable with fantastic views and stop offs at Beaulieu, Villfranche, Eze, Antibes and Juan Le Pins.
How to get there
Directions to our Apartment
By Car
All the car hire companies are located at Nice Airport next to terminal 2. On leaving the airport, join the A8 motorway and head to Monaco / Geneva. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and the toll is Euro 4. You will see the signpost to Beausoleil as you enter Monaco. After 2 km take the right turn signposted to "Centre Ville" and follow the road (after 4 or 5 hairpins) you will be outside Jardin D'Elisa. By Train
There is a train station 800m from the Airport terminal. Take the Airport transfer bus from terminal 1 and get off at the first car park drop off. Ask the driver for directions.
Alternatively take a taxi to Nice train station The train to Monaco takes approximately 25 minutes and on leaving the train head up the elevator and lift to the upper level.
I recommend that you take a taxi to the apartment which is 1km from the station.
By Coach
A coach leaves from outside Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 every 30 minutes to Monaco. The Coach ticket office is signposted in the terminal and the Coach is just outside the terminal doors.
The journey to Monaco is non-stop and takes 40 minutes. Stay on the Coach until the final stop outside the Monaco tourist office.
I recommend that if you have baggage you take a taxi to the apartment.
Helicopter
The helicopter journey from Nice airport takes 7 minutes and cost approximately Euro85 and includes a transfer to the apartment.

I was in Monaco for work and pleasure and the apartment provided the perfect location. Just a quick note to let you know how much the kids and I enjoyed our holiday in Monaco, The weather was fantastic and the apartment was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the beach and the rest exploring the south of France. There is so much to see and the train along the coast is amazing.
