About the home

The Domaine is ideal for larger groups but also has the charm and warmth for smaller more intimate gatherings. The accommodation is spacious and well set out. The Kitchen is well equipped with a Lacanche range oven, microwave, dishwasher and American Fridge Freezer.

The Dining room seats up to 14 and has a large stone fireplace. The living room is very spacious and with plenty of comfy seating with two large 4 seater sofas and additional chairs. The Television room has UK television, book library and games shelves. On the first floor, there is a more formal drawing room which again has UK television.

There are a total of 8 bedrooms. The 6 bedrooms in the main house are well furnished and modern whilst retaining much character and charm. Five of the bedrooms have an en-suite and Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor.
Bedrooms 7 and 8 are in a separate Guest Cottage. These bedrooms are more simple than the main house bedrooms and are ideally suited to teenagers, a nanny or au-pair.

The Delightful Domaine is an ideal holiday retreat throughout the year and is geared towards outside living. The Dining Terrace is large and can seat up to 16 easily.

The pool is 15 metres in length and set down a few steps from the Orangerie Terrace. There are recliners, parasols and deck chairs for around the pool. The pool has an alarm for safety and is sheltered and enclosed by a small wall.

There are 41 hectares of gardens with plenty of variety for everyone – Tennis Court, heated pool, large terraces to enjoy the sunsets on, a lake, open lawned areas for ball games and fantastic woodland walks for the more energetic.

The Midi-Pyrenees / Tarn-et-Garonne region

Set in its own grounds of 41 hectares, the property is entirely surrounded by mature trees and well kept gardens. It is the perfect spot from which to enjoy rural France's extensive wildlife, including wild boar and deer.

There is a heated swimming pool with terraces and a pool-side Orangerie with Bar and dining area. Within the grounds, a short walk from the house, is a fantastic Tennis Court with practice wall. The terrace from the living room has outside dining and opens up over the idyllic pond with ducks, white and black swans.

The Beaumont-de-Lomagne area

It is an ideal holiday home for families and groups in search of tranquillity and privacy. Yet it is only a 10 minute drive to the village of Beaumont de Lomagne with shops, bars, restaurants and the all important French morning market. Throughout the summer, there are banquets, festivals and events taking place throughout the season.

All prices are in sterling and are per week, Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm departing at 10am.

The price includes linen and towels and these will be changed weekly. Utilities are included and there will be a daily maid service for 4 hrs per day, 5 days per week.

Please note that for rentals during low season, Christmas, New Year and Easter, heating and electricity is extra and charged locally.

A deposit of 25% is required by the Owner to confirm the booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A damages deposit of £1000 is also required at that time. This will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
