This is a relaxing location with plenty of walks nearby to enjoy with the historic town of Beaumaris a short car ride away. There is so much to see and do with a great choice of shops, galleries, restaurants, hotels and pubs.

"Relaxing and Peaceful with beautiful views"

This cottage was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had many of the everyday items which you may forget to take on a self catering holiday, plus a beautiful bowl of fruit. It had the added attraction of a large garden for the children to play in, which they did as we had a week of glorious weather. Had all the facilities for three generations to have an enjoyable holiday.

Only a few minutes from the coastal path - walk one way to Red Wharf Bay - walk the other way to Penmon Point.

Fishing off the rocks from Fahd Fawr - a small, free national trust car park here (down a narrow road)

Close to Beaumaris Pier by car for early morning crabbing.

Lovely walk from the cottage down to the beach via lane past the cemetery (Llangoed), through the nature reserve and past the castle. (The castle is worth visiting if you have young adventurers (See ordnance survey explorer map). Made this a circular walk by following coastal path to Penmon Prior and then up over the hill back to Pentyr.

Close enough to visit Snowdonia (we walked from Beddgelert to Nantmor (short two mile walk along the river bank and returned on the steam train.)

Ben Moore is an excellent property and we're glad you had a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Thank you for your comments and we look forward to booking for you again soon.
