This delightful house has recently been sympathetically renovated, and carefully furnished in traditional style, but retains its character and many original features including the exposed wooden floorboards and rustic brick chimney breast.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, with the Inglenook feature fireplace, multi fuel burner and slate hearth. A flat screen TV, complete with a DVD player and Free view, and comfortable seating for five on a stylish 3-seater and a 2-seater suite provide more modern comforts. The house also has gas central heating and is cosy and warm in the winter months. The living area leads to a well equipped kitchen, including fridge, oven range (with 4 ring hob), dishwasher, and microwave, and a porch area with small breakfast table. The separate dining area has a dining table to seat 6 for a family meal. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower.
The house has a quaint secluded courtyard garden, with garden furniture for those sunny Beaumaris afternoons and for relaxing with a glass of local Ty Croes wine as the sun sets. A small laundry room, with washing machine and mini freezer is located in one corner. The yard provides rear pedestrian access to Steeple Lane.

How to get there
Leave M6 at J 19 (M56 turnoff) and follow M56 to Ellesmere Port and join M53 (Chester by pass) Continue by passing Chester on A55 (N Wales) and follow A 55 all the way to Bangor along the N Wales coast. Leave A55 at second Bangor exit - S/P Anglesey (Yns Mon) via Britannia Bridge and Menai Bridge - and cross over Menai Straits to Anglesey. Join A545 following signs to Menai Bridge and Beaumaris. Drive through Menai Bridge.
Follow the road around into the high street and just about opposite the Bulkeley Hotel take the first left into Church Street – B5109. There is a butcher on the Right corner and a newsagent on the Left. Drive up Church Street past the church on your left and Hillcrest is on your left about 75 yards after the church and just before the double yellow lines. The Sailors Arms is on the opposite side of the road.
