The cottages were converted from an old stone farm steading in 2007 to high a standard, the cottage has Lounge / diner , well equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, 1 double bedroom and a twin room with good quality double sofa bed in the living room. plenty of parking space and play area for the kids.
Indian, Chinese, Traditional Fish and Chip and selection of good pub food in the village 1 mile away in the village.

Being part of an old farm there is plenty of room for parking, sitting out at the tables to take in the amazing views, letting the kids play or spot the Deer or Red Kites. Maybe you fancy a BBQ after your day touring. there is an area for that also.

nice accommodation, beautiful views, clean, pleasant owner. limited space to place luggage & clothing for 5. When inclement weather, idem to hang wet coats or bathtowels... after an amazing accommodation in 'Tolsta', Helensburgh, this one fell short in quality & price... best suited for 4 or less people. Response: Thank you for your valued comments, any feedback is most welcome if it helps us improve our guests experience,we should have maybe pointed out the clothes hanger in the airing cupboard for drying clothes on damp days.The description of the cottage states there is 1 double, 1 twin and a double sofa bed in the living room and you are correct in saying it is more suitable for families and not 5 or 6 adults.We try to upgrade and improve after each seasons guest feedback.I am pleased that you would still recommend us to your best friend.Thank you again for your valued feedback. |
