The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Discounts for bookings of 2 weeks or more. From April until October , the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. If more than a week is booked, the arrival or departure day needs to be a saturday. Special rates apply for Monaco GP, Christmas, Easter. Please enquire for detailed rates. Linen and towels for 2 people (master bedroom) are included. Extra sets can be ordered: Sets for Bedroom 2 = 30.00 euros, Sets for Sofa-bed= 30.00 euros, Cot linen= 5.00 euros. Also included in the rates are: electricity, heating, internet access and Property Manager's fees.There is a security deposit of Eur200.00 which is returned to you after inspection for damages. Standard Cleaning is included ( 2 hours) in the rental and if extra cleaning is needed the rate of €15.00ph will be charged.
On booking, we send your receipt with a comprehensive Information Pack. We have the services of a very friendly, efficient Property Manager who will be your contact whilst in residence.

'We all loved your apartment. The location is perfect - near to the beach, close to the bus and railway station, on a level walk to the town centre and facing glorious views of the sea and mountains as far as Roquebrune. The convenience of the boulangerie, the mini supermarket and the cafes within a minute's walk and yet everything so quiet, was a bonus. The bigger shops were less than five minutes away by foot, including the large supermarket and the daily market. Ideally for us, the balcony was protected from the fierce heat of the mid afternoon sun and the air conditioning a delight. We - all five of us - were pleasantly surprised at just how spacious the apartment was: we knew it was big, just not that big! I looked up booking for Xmas but someone else got there first - lucky them! I would recommend your apartment to all. Albert and family (08/08)
Hello Laura, Thank you for your nice e-mail. Yes, we had a lovely time, and your tips were very helpful. We went to Monaco, Nice and Cannes and I had a very nice birthday which was made extra special with a fireworks display over the sea.

Rachida was the perfect property manager - she was very welcoming and helpful, and it was very helpful that she spoke such perfect English! The views from the apartment are really lovely - we have been to Beaulieu before, but I have not been able to wake up in the morning to such lovely views before - it was a real treat. We made the most of the area and had fresh baguettes and croissants each morning from the patisserie, then went for long walks around St Jean and even went swimming in the sea! We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful part of the word! It was our first time at the French Rivera. What a amazing landscape, the montains and the sea with the south French architecture!! Who comes to Beualieu have to visit Villa Kerylos Greek palace. Spectacular! The apartment is a very comfortable and delightful one and it was great to have children facilities like toys, cot and highchair, besides the great view! We will come back here for sure and next time we would like to visit some art galleries and enjoy the beach. Thank you to have recommended places do visit. It helped very much. ''

Hello Laura & Tim Please excuse our not having emailed you sooner. We have, needless to say, been totally preoccupied enjoying the civilization to which you welcomed us !!! Fortunately we like to walk five or ten miles a day, so the calories from overindulging in real food have not been a problem. let's not check the cholesterol levels just yet. Before going any furhter let us both say that we cannot thank you enough for allowing us to rent your apartment . It is perfect in every way, and in fact even nicer than the very nice apartment which we had expected. As we love to cook the markets have been delightful, and we are preparing endless simple feasts. life is quite good, indeed. We have also visited several of the antique vendor's markets, and had quite a bit of fun and some rather good luck. What more can we say ? Except, perhaps, this time again next year.......? Hi The apartment was excellent and we had a first class transfer with Mr. Cooney.
Both the apartment and the location were exactly what we wanted and we had an excellent holiday. Apart from two misty evenings the weather was excellent and using the bus and train we easily managed to see lots of the coast.

Dear Laura, just a quick email thanking you for the return of our deposit which we received yesterday. Your apartment was excellent, we all had a wonderful time, the weather was just perfect, not as hot as it can be this time of year, it was 27-30c, except the second Sunday when there was a huge storm, we have never seen anything like that it that area before. Your property mananger, Pat Cooney, was really helpful and what a really nice chap he is. We are sure to return and hopefully book your apartment again as it was just what we had hoped for, we will try and sort out some dates for next year and email you in due course.
