This delightful, modern house in the popular seaside village of Beadnell , close to Seahouses provides accommodation to a very high standard for up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms. The interior has been finished in a stylish and contemporary way, providing a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your holiday.

Situated on the edge of the village, this cottage is a leisurely 10 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Northumberland - a wide expanse of sand stretching from the small working harbour of Beadnell to the breath taking views of Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance.

Accommodation:

Kitchen: very well equipped with lots of storage space, large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob oven, washing machine with dryer, toaster, kettle, radio, table and seating for 4 people.

Lounge/dining room: the dining room has double doors that lead out into the garden area (perfect for the warmer month's). The lounge has a large corner sofa with coffee table, flat screen TV with built in freeview, DVD player, iPod dock, DVD's and Wi-Fi access.There is also a good selection of games to keep all the family entertained.

Main bedroom: double bed, bedside cabinets, iPod dock, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Ensuite: large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Family bathroom: WC, hand basin, bath with shower over.

Single bedroom 1: single bed, easy chair, small wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers.

Single bedroom 2: single bed, small wardrobe, small bedside chest of drawers.

There is also a downstairs WC and wash hand basin.

Beadnell

Beadnell is situated on the North Northumberland coastline, about 3 miles south of Seahouses. It is well known for its sandy beaches, tranquillity and superb scenery.

The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 road that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.
