Levante Cottage is a superbly located property with panoramic views of the sweeping bay and beaches. It is located right next to the old stone lime kilns that are owned by the National Trust in the charming fishing village of Beadnell. This three bedroom cottage is spacious and comfortable and is literally only a few metres from the beach making it an ideal choice for family holidays all year round.
The living room has beautiful wooden flooring with a large rug in the centre of the room. There is a traditional stone fire place and log burning stove, perfect for cosy nights in. There are two large comfy sofas, a large coffee table, a pine storage box and a wall mounted flatscreen TV with freeview. Also in the living room there is a dining table and 6 chairs, perfect for family dining and entertaining friends.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Upstairs on the landing, there is a bookcase with a good selection of books for all the family. The master bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables, wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table and has superb views of the lime kilns and Beadnell Bay.
The twin bedroom has two single beds and a bedside table.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and a bedside table.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath, a wash basin and WC.
There is a small, walled garden to the front of the cottage with a gate leading to a path which will take you directly to the beach.
Off street parking for two cars is found to the rear of the cottage.
One small dog is welcome at Levante Cottage.

The Beadnell area
Beadnell issituated on the North Northumberland coastline, about 3 miles south of Seahouses. It is well known for its sandy beaches, tranquillity and superb scenery.
The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 road that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.

Cheap flights are available from many major European cities to Newcastle Airport through operators such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 and others and the cottage is only an hours drive from the airport.
Access by train is from Alnmouth station which is on the East Coast Main Line from London to Edinburgh. Beadnell village is a short taxi ride or bus from Alnmouth.
