This luxury Penthouse Apartment is across the road from beautiful Te Ti Beach. On the fourth floor with lift and stair access and expansive views over the entire Bay of Islands. Located on the North side of the building allows for nearly all day sun. The North Island region

Northland has a quiet charm all of its own and is becoming know worldwide as a "safe" holiday destination.
Waitangi was the area of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi, ( the founding document for the settlement of New Zealand back in 1840) and also has an exceptional golf course and across the water by water taxi or by vehicular ferry is Russell, a quaint and beautiful village with great eateries. The climate is one of the best in New Zealand. From Paihia the wonders of the Bay of Islands unfold before you.

Bay of Islands / Paihia area

Paihia is the hub of all tourist activities in the North. From the Wharf area of Paihia you can take a ferry to Russell, or go swim with the dolphins or go parasailing or fishing or cruise on the Luxury Cats out to the Hole in the Rock or hop off at Urapukapuka Island and dine at the Restaurant/Bar in the bay set up by Author Zane Grey as his South Pacific base for Marlin fishing. Trips to Cape Reinga leave from Paihia also and for the more adventurous take a ride in the quickcats around the Bay. Only 24Km away is Kerikeri with its famous Stone Store the first store to be Built in NZ. Diving tours, Marlin fishing, Circus training, or scenic helicopter flights, everything is available in this thriving seaside village.
