About the home

Our apartment in Miami Green has 3-bedrooms (two queen size beds and two single beds) containing quality furniture. The apartment was refurbished in 2011 and has sea, pool and jungle views and is located in a position which benefits from part sun and shade with a pleasant breeze passing through, unlike the 'Grand Tower' block (situated opposite) where the apartments are prone to searing heat and sun with many requiring the use of blinds from midday in order to keep the apartments cool. Our lounge has a satellite 42" flat screen TV, CD and DVD player with a large selection of the latest DVD's for your enjoyment. All rooms have air conditioning with individual climate control and ceiling fans. Quality kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave etc. The balcony has comfortable chairs for you to relax enjoying the view whilst sipping your evening cocktails!
Living in Miami Green allows us to greet you on arrival and assist during your stay.

The apartment was refurbished in April 2011 to a high standard and has a lovely homely feel to it. The main furniture was shipped from our 150 year old cottage in England when we retired to Penang. We purchased a luxury sofa and additional quality oriental furniture to complement the decor.
Avoid the disappointment of arriving at Miami Green and having to stay in an apartment that does not live up to your expectations (having been misled by the advert) and the owner nowhere to be found! We guarantee total satisfaction and are here to help and advise you. What you see is what you get (please check our 'Guestbook' for customer feedback).

Miami green has fantastic outdoor facilities such as a very large pool, jacuzzi, secluded pool, child's pool and slide, extensive gardens, tennis and squash courts and a well equipped gym. There is a BBQ area which is available to cater for small private parties. Additionally there is a book library which offers reading material during your stay. Local and international cuisine such as Malay, Indian, Thai, Chinese, German, Indonesian as well as beach bars are all within a short drive by bus/car. There is a local shopping mall and supermarket nearby. There is also a convenience store situated in Miami Green for your basic supplies.

“loved it!” We loved the Miami Green complex, our family had a fantastic time. The apartment was equally amazing it was well set out; sylish but relaxed, we also loved the asian touches. The apartment catered for our family of six easily. We had plenty of room, the balcony doors opened very wide providing the illusion of an even bigger area. Ralph and Abby were the perfect hosts, they provided all we needed, were there for advice and help but also gave us our space. The complex is away from the hussle and bussle of Batu Ferringhi, but travel to this area is easily reached, we jumped on the convient and cheap local buses. Although there was little need to go there with Miami Beach and Mary's Miami Café a few minutes walk away. Cheers again Ralph and Abby.

“Home from Home” We stayed with our two small children of 3yrs & 11mths for a week. The apartment is well equipped with towels, plenty of bedlinen, travel cot, highchair, crockery & pots & pans even a blender! The place was extremely clean & very comfortable( including the beds), had satellite tv & also free WFI. The swimming pools are great & the children's slide so much fun. The place is very secure with guards visible at all times. I would recommend this place to stay & we would return again in the future.Ralph & Abby are excellent hosts & very helpful they even provided milk & juice on arrival which was a blessing as we arrived late. Thank you

“Very nice apartment, and friendly helpful owners” Ralph & Abby were super responsive to our emails pre-booking, and equally efficient once we arrived. A hassle free holiday. Ideal! The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and had all the basics. The communal pool area was lovely too. Ralph sorted out a (smart)taxi for us from and to the airport, and met us on arrival to help with our luggage and check us in. The welcome pack of bottled water, tea, milk etc. was much appreciated too. We enjoyed the various views of the sea, jungle and swimming pool from the apartment, and sitting on the balcony with an early morning cup of tea was a joy. We hired a car which was delivered and collected from the apartment , and getting about was very easy. Miami Green is very well placed being only 5 minutes away from the hotels and restaurants at Batu Ferringhi and 5-10 minutes the other way to Tanjung Bungah , Tanjung Tokong, the new Tesco supermarket, Straits Quay and the Gurney Plaza shopping mall. Highly recommended.

“Miami Green @ Abby & Ralphs Apartment” "We thoroughly recommend Abby and Ralph's apartment in Miami Green. They really go out of their way to help and advise you on your stay in Penang. The apartment itself is very clean and has all modern ammenities required for a self catering stay even DVD's which our kids enjoyed watching. The on site facilities are excellent with the swimming pool and the water slide a star attraction for our kids. The beach is only a five minutes walk away and buses and taxis are readily available to Batu Ferringhi and Gerogetown"

“excellent accommodation” we arrived at the apartment quite late in the day however, the owner (Ralph) made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean with up to date decor as well as the mod/cons and spacious, bearing in mind there are 6 of us throughout the stay! The swimming pool and surroundings were excellent although it is a bit of a way to get to Batu Ferringhi (about 2-3miles!!). It was a very nice touch for Ralph to provide the basic food/drink for us when we arrive at the apartment and our needs were catered for to the best of his ability. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there as it felt like 'home from home' and will definately stay at the apartment again.

“Great apartment” We were greeted by Ralph on arrival. All basic amenities were catered for with instructions as well. The apartment is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and it has a nice view of pool and sunset. Like the proximity to the beach but advisable to have own transport- easier to explore other attractions on the island. Ralph provided contacts for taxi service to get us to the airport. The car was very clean and the drive knowledgable too. Only thing to bear in mind would be if arriving in a van to the property, the van is not able to drive up to the foyer area, so help is needed with luggage which Ralph was happy to oblige. Thank you- we had a great stay and would definitely be back to stay.

The accommodation was perfect - comfortable and homely with everything you need. The location was great - easily accessible to Georgetown and beaches. The pool complex was the best and our children still talk about the different pools and slides. Staying here was the highlight of our holiday and I would thoroughly recommend it. Ralph and Abby were perfect hosts - on site if you needed them and very willing to assist and offer advice. We would love to come back at some point in the future.
