Fully fitted beautiful apartment (1,270 sqft) with everything you need to make a fantastic holiday just bring a smile. Access to fantastic swimming pool, children pool ,squash & tennis courts all this, just a stroll away from the beach. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Free unlimited internet access inside unit and around pool area.

The living room is spacious, has a crisp clean modern design with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a big balcony with furniture for your afternoon tea. There is also a DVD player with wide range of media selections for your visual pleasure.

The 3 bedrooms will sleep up to 6 comfortably. We provide quality linens and upscale décor. Master room is beautifully upgraded with a king sized bed with its own full luxury bathroom. The bathroom offers enclosed shower/bath tub with upgraded fixtures such as cold/hot shower & tap.

Second bathroom is also a walk-in shower. Kitchen has all appliances as well as a full compliment of house wares need for your stay.

There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex.

INTRO, SURROUNDINGS, FACILITIES

Miami Green is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)”. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.

The beautiful pool is steps from your door and is a great place to spend the day. You'll be right across the street from the beach, a short 8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.

TRANSPORTATION

For travellers planning to tour the island by public transport, bus stops are just right across the street by the beach (less than 10 minutes walk). Take the east bound Bus 102 to get to Georgetown, the Unesco World Heritage site plus the delights of little india & chinatown. The west bound Bus 101/102 brings you to Batu Ferringhi tourist central famous for its water sports in the morning, and street market, restaurants, bars, pubs at night. All destinations are within 10-15 minutes drive.

For travellers who prefer the convenience of taxi, you can book one by phone to pick you up right at your unit lobby just few steps away from your door.

HOUSE RULES

HOUSE KEEPING :

Housekeeping is complimentary once a month. Extra set of bed linen will be provided for exchange purposes upon request. Tenant is required to ensure one set of linen is cleaned & ironed during check out. Bed sheet and quilt cover are required to send to laundry. Washing linen with the washing machine in the apartment is prohibited. Linen could be spoilt. Additional cleaning/house keeping can be arranged with tenant own cost.

STAYING/VISITING GUEST :

Kindly inform us upfront total number of guest staying/visiting. Total staying/visiting guest should not exceed maximum occupancy. Do understand that visiting guests will also enjoy the apartment, utilities and facilities. We keep every tenant informed about this upfront to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.

CHECK IN / OUT :

Official check in is 4pm and check out is by 12noon. We allow 1-2 hours flexibility If we do not have changeover on the same day.

AS for Checkout, kindly throw away all trash, unfinished food and make sure all cookeries/plates are cleaned. Dry all wet towels (if any) on drying rack. Make sure all air conditional and fans are switched off.

OTHERS

This is a self-cater vacation home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask!

The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.

Thanks for your feedback, Sean. We are sorry about the unexpected incident happened to your son. Regarding the trash, for a small family of 5, it should be sufficient for a day. Cleaning staffs will collect the rubbish twice per day from your door step, that make you very convenience. However, we will consider to add in 1-2 trash bin. I have checked there are bigger frying pan, various sizes of pots, plates, bowls and cutlery available. May be you just need to search from the low cabinet. We have just bring in one microwave too. Cheers.

As we wrote on website, we can be reached via a lot of channels if you need help during your stay. We tried our best to provides every details you need during the stay. However, there are travelers from different culture and countries. We may have missed out some. All you need to do is just ask. You just need a call and taxi will pick you up from the guard house. Security guards and myself have the contacts too. There are a lot of small groceries shop and 7-11 within 5-10 min drive. Big hypermarket TESCO is 20 min drive. As advertised, we provide TV with local channels. You can find English programs at TV7&8 during night time. There is no limitation on internet access. What you just need to do is restart the modem. Sometimes there is technical issue with the device but it can be resolved with a simple restart. Our job is to ensure you a pleasant stay. We are around to help if you reached out to us. At the same time, we are quite disappointed to find out there are stains over the 3 bed linens and pillow cases. We spent a lot of time to remove them.

We had a great time. Apartment suited us well. Easy access to the 101 and 102 busses. Sharon was amazing and answered all my queries throughout our stay. Pool was amazing and very child friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If SHARON (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
