A luxuriously appointed and tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with the sea in the foreground and the lush rolling hills as the back drop. This 5-STAR resort condominium has the FULL range of resort facilities in the one complex: SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS AND SQUASH COURTS, WATER SLIDE, CHILDREN'S POOL, JACUZZI, GYMNASIUM and even a BBQ area and a sauna all in an extensively landscaped and secure environment. Refurbished in November 2012.

The experience of a holiday in Penang the Pearl of the Orient with its natural beauty and exotic heritage will be enhanced as you enjoy what is on offer at Miami Green.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world.

All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex.

The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).

Relax around the pool on the deck chairs provided, have a game of tennis, jump into the pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi ,work out in the fully equipped gym or stroll along the beach do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at Miami Green. Wireless internet access is available around the pool. The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home.

Miami Green is a gated community with 24 hour security and all of the modern conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a pleasurable experience.

The Penang Island region

Penang's climate is equatorial, with a very pleasant mix of warm, sunny days and the occasional cooling rain storms. It is widely know as the Pearl of the Orient and is an island that has been attractive to travellers and visitors over the centuries.

Penang has perhaps more on offer per square mile than any other place in the world. For sheer variety of locals, cultures and foods. Penang is hard to beat. Georgetown the capital boasts Southesast Asia's largest collection of intact prewar buildings. Stroll past a century old church, a Chinese temple, an Indian temple and a Muslim mosque all with a short distance of each other. Sample the delicious hawker foods which seem to be available on every corner of the city twenty four hours a day seven days a week. Festivals occur throughout the year and life goes on at a slow pace that most visitors can only envy.

Of course should one wish to leave the city there is always the peace and tranquility of the
beaches and the hills. Many attractions abound outside the city including a Butterfly Farm, a Tropical Spice Garden, Fruit Farm, Penang Hill Railway, Batik Factory and of course the food is an experience in itself.

The Batu Ferringhi / Miami Bay area

Batu Ferirnghi, situated along the coastal road north-west of Georgetown and lined with a string of international-standard resorts, is the most popular beach in Penang.

Soak in the sun or unwind on the beach while you enjoy a host of aquatic thrills from wind-surfing to canoeing. For a spine-tingling adventure, try para-sailing to enjoy the view of the beach from the sky. Horse riding is available as is jet skiing and the usual beach pursuits for the adults and children.

As the sun sets, Batu Ferringhi comes alive with a carnival-like atmosphere with an open-air bazaar selling anything from ornate curios to enticing souvenir items. Watch local artisans demonstrate the intricate art of craft-making and batik-painting. Dubbed the Ferringhi Walk, the bazaar offers shoppers a host of attractions.
The bazaar is held every evening of the year along the footpath that runs on either side of the main road that winds its way through Batu Ferringhi. Many bargains are to be had for the smart shopper, so make sure that you do bargain the price as that is what you are expected to do. Stalls sell everything from clothes, DVDs CDs, jewellery and other local and imported handicrafts.

Fly to Penang International Airport which is served by Malaysia Airlines,Pelangi Air, Air Asia, Cathay Pacific, Eva Air, Garuda Indonesia, Thai International, China Southern Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Japan Airlines
- Miami Bay is located at the start of Batu Ferringhi tourist some 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of the day traveled, from the Penang International Airport
- Airport limousines and taxis are plentiful, affordable and always available at the arrival lounge counter on a prescribed rate coupon system.
- Car Hire is available from the airport or can be arranged in Batu Ferringhi. A car is not essential however to enjoy what Penang has on offer a car is advised, at least for part of your stay. Kasina has good vehicles at reasonable rates.
-Pickup from the airport by minibus, for a maximum of 8 persons, can also be organised should you require that service.

“Top quality apartment, facilities, and level of service.” Susie has a deservedly high reputation amongst clients for honesty in dealings and providing well appointed and immaculately clean apartments and our stay is further proof of this. The Miami Green complex is well maintained and equiped with a beautiful landscaped pool. Children are well catered for but are expected to be supervised by their parents and not run wild to the annoyance of other guests. A small beach and beach cafes are a ten minute walk. There is a regular bus service (aprox every 15 mins) to Batu Ferrangi and Tanjung Bugna/Georgetown for shopping, markets etc which also stops at Tesco's. We were so impressed that after a couple of weeks we booked the same apartment for three UK winter months in 2014, which, perhaps, says it all.
