"Home away from home"
I recently stayed at this apartment and must say we had a wonderful time. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. We wanted for nothing and found the apartment extremely comfortable and relaxing. The condo has a great pool area, tennis court and even a little shop for emergency beer purchases. The area is great also with a very convenient bus to Georgetown and to batu ferringi for a great beach and lots of bars and restaurants.
Caroline was extremely helpful, friendly and fantastic with advice, she seemed to know everything!

"WOW - Miami Green - what an amazing place!!"
I stayed at Miami Green with my husband and two year old daughter. Well, what can I say?.... This place is amazing and Caroline the owner is very helpful and always on hand. Miami Green is definitely a 5 star resort, with all the facilities (and more) you'd expect to find. We spent our days lounging by the huge pool. Our little girl loved the children's pool especially the water-slide. She also loved the children's playground, my husband watched her whilst I relaxed in the outdoor jacuzzi, heaven! If you are a bit more energetic then the gym facilities followed by a sauna may be more up your street...
The large condo was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice, it is equipped with everything you need. The beach is a 5 minute walk and you can catch the regular 101/102 bus service to Batu Ferringhi or George town where you will find great restaurants which serve amazing food, our favourite was the hawker village in Batu Ferringhi called Long Beach. We pretty much ate there every night! The daily night markets at Batu Ferringhi are a must. I bought presents for everyone I know for next to nothing!
Penang is now my number one destination and I wouldn't stay anywhere else but Miami Green. Caroline - thank you for making our stay such a memorable one. :-)

"Beware of renting via Caroline at Miami Green,"
as we were all very far from happy with what we had thought we had booked with her and the reality. Many of the descriptions were misrepresented. We did not have a luxury apartment, no sea view, no ov… More
It goes without saying that I'm extremely disappointed that The gentleman and his family did not enjoy their time at Miami Green here in Penang and more so that he considers me largely responsible for his family's bad experience. I feel I should therefore address some of the issues raised by him not simply for my own part but more especially for the benefit of those who may be considering a booking at Miami Green.
The owner of the rental apartment originally allocated for the family to stay changed his plans at a very late stage indicating his intention of self occupancy to carry out maintenance work leaving me the hugely unsatisfactory (for all parties) task of re-allocation. It's true to say that some of the facilities offered in the original apartment were not available in the apartment taken by the family the view is not as good as some apartments and there is no oven, or video library. In view of this I offered the family a full refund of there deposit so that they may feel free to seek alternative accommodation; my offer was declined.
I'm sorry that the family felt the need to perform the house-keeping outlined in his critique but I assure the reader that the apartment was cleaned before-hand as is the norm with all of the lettings under my management and the cleaner was instructed to return upon the families request. Also at there request I had an engineer test the air-con which was repaired immediately. Indeed when I attended the apartment to investigate the problem with the air-con I found the temperature to be very low, so low in fact that the setting of the fridge temperature should have been adjusted accordingly but It seemed it just could not cope.Hence the fridge was able to easily achieve lower temperatures than necessary; I suspect this to be a contributing factor to the problem of food freezing over. The previous tenant & new tenant has had no problems @ all with the fridge freezer.
Prospective renters should be aware that The Miami Green Resort Condominium is exactly that for many full time owners and residents. Being designed and constructed with safe, comfortable family life as its priority, it is necessary to have on-site staff including security who, among other things, are charged with guests' compliance with the rules of pool use displayed at the pool side. I very much regret that the family were apparently “verbally attacked” by security staff and take the allegation very seriously. Whatever the case I feel no more responsible for the actions of Miami Green security as I do for construction work or jelly fish in the sea.
I work hard to provide a good end product and usually succeed in doing so as may be concluded from the comments and appraisals elsewhere on this page. I am deeply saddened that on this occasion a client's expectation of comfort and satisfaction was not met.
I love Miami Green & Penang & so do my 3 daughters who grew up here.

"Nice appartment, nice facilities and a very kind and helpfull owner"
We had a very pleasent stay here in the Miami Green.
The appartment is nice and the owner is very kind and helpfull. The facilities like the pool and the gym are very good, and the local beach seems to be one the the popular ones in the area. Not to far away in Batu Ferringhi we found shops and restaurants, and all different kind of water activities at the beach.
We can really recommend this place.
Thanks to Caroline for a very plesant stay in your appartment.

"a wonderful week"
Husband, son and my sister shared this 3 bedroom apartment for a week, coming from Australia. Our first time in Penang, and couldn't have asked for a better introduction. From the beautiful pool right outside our door, to the great cafe on the beach a short walk away, and the ease of getting around, we all agreed we'd do it again. The apartment was roomy, and comfortable, plenty of towels, soap powder and cleaning products provided. We loved sitting out on the big balcony with a drink, watching the monkeys in the nearby trees. The shops and night market at Batu Ferringhi are a short (and cheap) taxi ride away. And in the other direction you have a huge Tesco and shopping malls with designer shops and great restaurants and bars. And the food! At the bottom of the street from Miami Green was a quiet little beach. The shingle was a bit rough under foot for those of us used to Australian beaches, but the water was like a bath, and very calm. And at the end of the little string of shops is a cafe which must be open nearly 24 hours. We had several meals there - breakfast was amazing - try the freshly made apple juice. They even sell wine - not cheap but affordable. The owner even offered us beach mats if we wanted to sit on the beach! And at the end of the day we could return to our apartment, have a hot shower and tumble into our comfy beds after watching our (free) videos, or reading the (free) books. Only downside was no wifi in the apartment, but it was free if you were sitting by the pool, which for us was easy as it was right outside the door.
