ADSL individual Internet, Large Satellite TV with English, Australian and U.S. channels, DVD, Full Aircon with climate control and ceiling fans in all rooms , Quality kitchen, Landscaped gardens, Huge pool, jacuzzi, fitness centre, Tennis/Squash court, DIRECT FROM OWNER. This Grand Tower Condo is fully air-conditioned woth individuel climate controls and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully furnished. Satellite TV is available with channels including ITV Granada, CNN, Australia plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world. Enjoy stunning sea and jungle views from the balcony. There are cool drinks waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive. Also provided a minipack of coffee,tea and sugar. An information sheet about the apartment, Miami Green and tips for dining out etc. is provided for your convience. We invite you to add to this for our future guests.

All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. There is also a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex.

This Condo is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).

Relax around the pool on your sunlouger and even beach towels are provided, have a game of tennis, jump into the pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi ,work out in the fully equipped gym or stroll along the beach do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at Miami Green. Wireless internet access is available around the pool, and this Condo ALSO HAS its own Adsl Internet connection. The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home.

It takes about half an hour to reach the summit and the train service operates at half hour intervals.

Most activities are centreed in Batu Ferringhi, where most of the popular beach resorts are located.Facilities include waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, water scooters, and waterskiing. “Fantastic place to stay.” What a wonderful pleasant surprise to see how well kept, super clean and cozy this 3 bedroom apartment was. we stayed for a week and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the feel of a 5star hotel, but with the benefit of self catering. Everything was there.The kitchen was well equipt. Even complimentary tea,coffee and small snacks were there for us when we first arrived. our Hosts gaby and josh have taken into account every detail a holiday maker would want. we wanted for nothing. gaby and josh live near by, although they were not there in November when we arrived, they made sure someone was there to meet with us and gave us so much advise and recommendations of where to go etc. We cannot fault the place and as mentioned earlier have no hesitation in recommending it - infact i have told my neighbours about it and they have already been in contact with gaby and r planning to go in the summer....i may just join them.

“Outstanding apartment in Penang” THANK YOU for arranging our stay in your apartment in July. We didn't really know what to expect when we booked it, but were really impressed. You thought of everything, there wasn't anything missing from the apartment that we could possibly have needed. Love your taste in decor too. We're dreaming of another holiday in the warmth. We've raved about Penang to everyone, particularly about your apartment and what great value it is. Am trying to talk my brother in Leics into meeting us half way with his family next July - will be in touch whether it's just for us or for a couple of apartments. “stunning views from luxurious apatment” My family of 6 had a relaxing stay at the apartment. All 3 rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were outstanding especially for the children with a huge pool and separate pool with slide and large playground for the younger children. On a clear day the views were world class. A short stroll done to the bottom of the hill was both the beach and buses. The taxis were everywhere and cheap to use. A good driver even offered valuable information on other places to visit. Only problem we found was we weren't left with any information about transport or places of interest in the apartment. Talking to others in the pool gave us knowledge on the buses and shopping for groceries Response: Thank you for your suggestions. we have now started an info sheet and will add interesting places to visit in the future.

What a lovely island. The apartment can be described as home from home with indeed a high level of luxury.. All you need is there and the owners made our stay memorable with great tips on places to see.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 months. We found it to be well equipped, light and airy with lovely sea and jungle views. The decor was stylish and modern and very comfortable. The complex itself is extremely well maintained. Facilities provided are first class, ie swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and grounds.
With the benefits of country/beach living this is an ideal apartment and extremely good value for money. We had a great time, thank you.

We rented this condo for 4 Weeks in 2010 and had a very enjoyable holiday. Nothing was to much for the owner Gaby and she was a great source of info concerning penang, restaurants, lovely shops etc.
