Situated just outside Bath in a conservation area and within 100m of the River Avon, the 1890 property belies the stunning contemporary interior. Compact but perfectly formed, the space has been designed with great care and sociable living in mind. Everything you could need in a clean, simple package. The living area combines lounge, dining and kitchen in one seamless space. Access is to the rear of the property via a lovely courtyard, part decked, part gravelled with imaginatively planted borders and parking for 1 vehicle. There is a BBQ and patio furniture with parasol for those lazy summer days.

World Heritage Site of Bath offers a visual feast with world class architecture such as Bath Abbey, The Royal Crescent, Pump Rooms, etc. A diverse city, Bath boasts great shopping, pubs, clubs and restaurants, you could easily lose several days exploring its many facets from bohemia to high society.

Batheaston village is just 5km from Bath city centre running alongside the river Avon. There are lovely walks along the Kennet and Avon canal, which will take you directly into Bath. You can hire a rowing boat or punt and float leisurely along the river.

There is cycle hire just behind the rail station, where you can get directly onto National Cycle Route 4, go left to beautiful Bradford-On-Avon go right to bustling Bristol. Great pubs along the way to enjoy!

Travel to Bath / Batheaston:
Bath has great connections and is easy to access from anywhere in the world.

By Car: Batheaston is just 10 minutes from junction 18 of the M4 motorway giving direct access from Bristol, London and South Wales. The M4/M5 junction links to the South West, North Wales, the Midlands and the North.

By Air: Bristol International Airport is just 19 miles from Bath and operates direct flights from the States and most major European and UK airports. The apartment has underfloor heating and is finished with polished porcelain tiles throughout giving a comfortable environment all year round. The living area has a contemporary chaise longue, Freeview Plasma TV, DVD Player and an iPod docking station. To one corner there is a black glass topped table with stainless steel legs and seating for four. All the lighting is dimmable and the dining lights can be pulled down over the table to create the perfect ambiance. The sharp white kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, double oven, 5 ring hob and extractor hood. All the utensils, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery you could need. The Bedroom has a Kingsize Double bed, walk-in wardrobes with plenty of hangers, tall storage units and a full length mirror. The bright, white bathroom comprising of a large wet shower area, wash basin, WC, Mirrored storage unit. There is also a utility room with iron and ironing board, small freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The exterior courtyard is a real sun trap and has the advantage of some fantastic views of the surrounding country side, a great place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine and a barbecue.
