Fred & Ginger's is a gorgeous two bedroom, 2 bathroom, period apartment located on Bennett Street, the street leading to the Assembly Rooms and King's Circus, two of the many heritage sites for which Bath is famous. Although it is a Georgian period apartment, it has been sleekly decorated and furnished in a strikingly "Retro/Deco" style - all Black and Chrome and Glass - hence the name, Fred and Ginger's. It is stunning!
Fred & Ginger's is a first floor flat and features a chic open plan drawing room with tall ceilings bordered with the original cornice and 3 soaring Georgian windows give a view over this handsome Georgian neighbourhood. The flat has accommodation for up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms and a fabulous slumberland sleep sofa. Naturally there are wonderful modern facilities such as Bang and Olufsen TV, DVD and Stereo with IPod dock. There is an elegant dining table and generous and stylish furnishings throughout the apartment.
The location is amazing also, as you will be just around the corner from wonderful shopping, excellent restaurants, fine cafe's and fantastic nightlife. Museum and Galleries are just down the street and the Royal Crescent and glorious Royal Victoria Park are just a short stroll away.

Bath / The Royal Cresent area
From Fred & Gingers, you can walk in 5 minutes to the Royal Crescent and visit Number 1 the Royal Crescent to see how you would have lived had you visited in 1774. The beautiful Assembly Rooms are even closer, with the Museum of Fashion inside and the Museum of East Asian Art just across the street. Royal Victoria Park is just below the Circus and the Royal Crescent, and if you walk down hill you will soon be at the famous Roman Baths!
How to get there
I always suggest taking the train to Bath. Once in Bath you can walk to all the sites (Bath is only 1/2 mile across) and you can take small van tours to neighboring sites. You can fly into Bristol Airport from all over the world and take a taxi or train to Bath. If you do decide to drive, I will provide you with directions when i send your confirmation.

Further details indoors: There is an impressive Slumberland sofa bed - with full sized mattress, in the living room. A super king sized bed in the master bedroom, which can be split into twin beds if needed and an quality double bed in the second bedroom. all the furnishings are fantastically chic and the entire apartment exudes elegance. There are 6 enormous Georgian windows across the front of the property, all with their original shutters. The flat is gorgeous and worthy of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, for whom it is named.
Further details outdoors: All of Bath is at your door step! The Assembly Rooms and Museum of Fashion, the Museum of East Asian Art and the King's Circus are almost next door! 5 minutes further takes you to the Royal Crescent and the Royal Victoria Park, as well as fantastic shopping and excellent restaurants.

Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in stays longer than 3 nights, we will be requiring a £200 deposit 30 days before your arrival. This can be debited from your credit card. However, there is also a penalty for cancellation outside the 30 days before your stay. This penalty will be £50. Sorry for this. This is not strictly an administration fee, but covers the pain and torment of turning others away and then the stress of re-booking this home!
A credit card number is required as a guarantee of arrival (anything except American Express) along with its expiry date, security code and your contact telephone number - preferably your mobile.
Conditions
Children are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved. There is a 2 night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum on Bank Holiday Weekends

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a £200 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.
Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in case of cancellation, you will need to let us know within 48 hours to avoid being charged one full days rent.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
