Abbey Studio is the smallest, but most perfectly formed apartment in the amazing Abbey House, located in the heart of Bath, literally right next door to the Roman Baths. Abbey Studio is on the ground floor of this Georgian townhouse and has a sunny view of Abbey Green from the living room and an imposing view of the Bath Abbey from the Kitchen.
This enchanting studio apartment has the original ceiling cornice, wood floors and wall panelling and is beautifully furnished as befits its period, with a lovely and exceedingly comfortable double bed, pretty 2 seater sofa and Victorian velvet chair, as well as modern wide-screen TV with DVD, and CD Stereo with i-pod dock and WIFI. The main room acts as both Living room and Bedroom, but it is spacious and gracious enough that you never feel cramped.
The modern country style kitchen is uniquely decorated with a South Western Americana theme and has everything you could require, including washer and dryer, and is large enough for a four-seater breakfast table which offers an amazing view of the Bath Abbey. There is an elegant bathroom with bathtub and old fashioned hand held Victorian shower.
Exactly next door to the Roman Baths and Pumproom, as well the beautiful fan-vaulted Cathedral of Bath Abbey, the house overlooks the old medieval streets that run alongside the Abbey and the Roman Baths. You will be in the very centre of Bath with excellent restaurants, cafes, theatres, museums, cycle paths, hill walking, heritage sites, as well as fantastic shopping all around you. Everything you can imagine is at your doorstep.

Once in Bath you can walk to all the sites (Bath is only 1/2 mile across) and you can take small van tours to neighboring sites. You must know that Bath is an astonishingly beautiful and fascinating little city and there is a lot to see here (Roman Baths, Georgian Architecture, Royal Crescent, Museum of Costume, Jane Austen Centre).

Bath is also easy to access by car, from junction 18 of the M4 motorway which links Bath to Bristol, London and South Wales.

Tiny pedestrian lanes run all around it leading to sweet shops, restaurants, tea houses and cafe's. The Parade Gardens is only steps away - in fact all of Bath is literally on your doorstep. You could not ask for a more picturesque location.

Everything is provided in the flat, from fluffy towels to a variety of teas and coffees. A credit or debit card is needed to guarantee your reservation and reservations for longer stays will need a deposit.
Conditions
Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Although this is a small studio apartment, there is room for a baby cot, which we are happy to provide. Pets and well-behaved owners are welcome also.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a £100 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.
Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in case of cancellation, you will need to let us know within 48 hours to avoid being charged one full days rent.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
