"Perfect location for a visit to Bath"

The apartment was very central so easy to get to restaurants, shops and places of interest in the city.
Waitrose was within walking distance, so handy when eating in, which we did .The kitchen was small but well equipped to cook in and the coffee machine was appreciated.
Tricia was excellent, providing us with a generous 'welcome pack 'when we arrived and it was a nice touch to have vases of fresh flowers in the flat.

The flat was well equipped and very comfortable, we all slept well ,the beds were comfortable and the apartment was in a quiet location.

I would stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Bath

"Cosy and great for a family weekend!"

The apartment is in a fantastic location near Pulteney Bridge and the very centre of Bath. We had a great time visiting the spa and restaurants, and the kitchen, beds and bathroom in the flat were all smart and suited our needs very well. A great place that we'd visit again!

I'm glad you loved the central location...and glad you liked the recent (Jan14) improvements we've made to the kitchen and bathroom

"Nice Comfy Flat at Great Location"

I don't think you can find a better location than Henrietta Street if you want a place near the city centre yet in a quiet area. This flat is literally a hundred yards (maybe a tiny bit more) from the main city and a stone's throw from the Bath Abbey and Roman Bath attractions. Shops including a huge Waitrose store are just round the corner. We were all very comfortable in the flat itself, able to rest and relax well. The kitchen was small but adequate. Note that there is no dryer but clothes dried rather quickly when placed on the hanger provided near the heater. We arrived late (about 11pm) and it was great that there was a "welcome pack of some muffins, milk and cereal plus other things. Tricia had added some nice touches to the flat for Christmas and that was very much appreciated. Tricia was the highlight for us - very helpful in everything including agreeing to our late arrival, helping us to apply for the parking permit and responding to our questions by email and TA very promptly. It made things so much easier for us.

There were a couple of things that people considering renting this place should note - not an issue for us but there might be some people who might be a little fussy. It's a rather compact place and there wasn't much wardrobe space for hanging coats and jackets. A few more hangers in the master bedroom wardrobe would be good although I know these tend to be removed by some guests. The second bedroom is small - enough to put two beds and a vertical clothes organiser. Our kids' large luggage - they shared one had to be placed in the living room. The WiFi Internet dropped off every now and then - could be because of the iPad I was using which was an old (iPad 2) model - the BT wireless Hub (modem/router) had to be restarted to make it work again - it's a very minor issue. The toilet sink is small so expect some water to splash onto the floor when using it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and hoped we had a little more time to stay in the apartment and in Bath.

We're glad you had a lovely time! Our central location is what everyone loves about the flat. We've added more hangers in the wardrobe, and replaced the sink in the bathroom.
thanks
Patricia
