The kitchen, with its large sash stained glass window, is finished to a very high standard and is fully fitted with NEF dishwasher, washer/dryer, double oven, hob, extractor, microwave, coffee maker, Siemens Porsche kettle and toaster.

A short walk takes you over Pulteney Bridge to the centre where you will find excellent restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, museums, historic Bath and the new Thermae Spa. The lovely `Henrietta Gardens` city park is across the street and pleasant to stroll through at any time of year and nearby are some good pubs, Bathwick grocery stores, and a deli with coffee shop. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are a 15 minute walk away.
