Bath View Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a Victorian villa situated in the conservation area of Bath known as Oldfield Park. .An impressive Bath stone staircase leads you to this modern, stylish apartment with 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin room with 3 rd pull out bed, shower room, bathroom, lounge and kitchen dinner. The flat has been decorated and furnished to the highest standards in a modern and funky style, and has fantastic views over the centre of Bath, the Royal Crescent, Royal Victoria Park and away to the hills of Lansdown.

The lounge features comfortable sofa seating, stylish lighting, a wall mounted fire place, and stunning views over Bath, a 32” widescreen LCD TV and DVD and Bose Ipod docking station and speakers. The kitchen/diner is modern and functional with white units and solid oak work surfaces, glass table with 6 chairs and place settings. Facilities include microwave, fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher, electric oven and hob, LCD TV and radio/CD player. The bathrooms have under floor heating and natural stone tiling. Washing machine also installed.

The apartment offers free wifi broadband internet. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding is included and white fluffy towels. There is free off street parking for one car. Parking available for a second car at an extra charge.

A welcome pack of tea,coffee,sugar, milk is provided. Plus dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, washing powder.
Owners live underneath the flat and are available to provide any helpful information.

Due to high quality furnishings, glass and mirrored furniture, cream carpets and steep stair case, it is not suitable for very young children.

Conditions

Confirmation: We require 50% of the total balance as a confirmation deposit. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival, no reminders will be sent. Please note that we will charge 1.5% for any payment made by credit card. Debit card, cheque or cash do not incur any additional charge. We do not accept American Express cards

Cancellation: We need 14 days written notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the apartment is relet to another customer we will charge for the shortfall only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the apartment in the event of a short notice cancellation.

Check in/out times: The apartment is available from 5pm on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

The apartment is not cleaned during your stay. Should you wish for any extra services, cleaning, etc then please ask us in advance of your stay. Extra cleaning, change of linen etc is available at extra charge.
The apartment is unsuitable for children under 5 years unless immobile. Babysitting can be arranged on request.

The apartment offers one free parking space off road. There is additional parking for one car at an extra cost.

Bath View Apartment is strictly no smoking.

Bath View Apartment reserves the right to alter its published rates and terms and conditions if necessary without notice.

Spacious, yet cosy and quiet and within 10 minutes walk of the town centre. The owners have obviously made the most of the style of the apartment and have included quality fittings and comfortable beds. This was definitely a better and less expensive option than a comparable rated hotel, especially for short breaks. 9/10!"
