Enjoy the bath spa, walk along the river, so much too see and do, once the home of Jane Austin and General Wolfe., located amongst all the attractions, historical sites, shops, bars, restaurants and night life, making it a great base for your visit, as everything is on your doorstep. The beauty of Bath is that you have the ability to walk everywhere , there is no need for taxis or cars, during your stay, which leaves you with a stress free weekend. This is a beautiful Holiday Let, which has just been refurbished, waiting for the photos to be uploaded. An appointed Georgian Grade11 listed townhouse in the centre of Bath packed with original features , which is an extension of Trim Street House. If your numbers increase, or you wish to invite more friends or family , this would be the perfect solution, with the combination of Trim Street House, both properties can sleep up to 26 -30 guests . You also have the added bonus and ability to have seating up to all guests at the dining table, which makes this very attractive, and a great alternative, as there would be no need to book a restaurant, or having to buy drinks that can make the evening very expensive. I can arrange a chef to come in and cook for you, or arrange to have butler in the buff to serve your dinks, or even join in and have a lesson in cocktail making, making the whole weekend stress free and fun.
All Holiday lets and weekend bookings, there is a minimum stay of two nights. There is also a minimum charge of £800.00 per 2 night stay. The apartment can also be rented as a holiday let during the week all year round
The Apartment layout
The Kitchen /Dining room is a very large room with a dining table which can seat 8 - 15 guests. Leading from the kitchen is a small area with a sink and dishwasher.
The Lounge is very Large with a L shape Sofa, with a king-size bed, A double sofa bed and a single sofa bed.
The decor is a lovely calming Georgian grey.
Bedroom 1. can accommodate 4 guests all single beds or 1 Super king bed and two single beds with a shower room.
Bedroom 2. can accommodate 3 guest all singles or 1 double bed and 1 single with a adjoining larger bathroom.
Bedroom 3. with bunk beds, available on request.
Bedroom 4 double bed will single bed, or bunk beds and one single bed with shower and sink.
The decor is a lovely calming Georgian grey.
During the week the Apartment can also be booked as a Bed & breakfast.

The West Country region
Situated centrally in the west country with excellent road a rail connections you have so much at your finger tips.
Within just 40 minutes drive you can visit Stone Henge, Avebury and Salisbury heading south or the Cotswald towns of Boughton-on-the-Water etc. north east, or west the beach at Weston Super Mare and Bream sands. Alternatively you can cross the seven bridge and you are in the Welsh hills.
Bath, known to the Romans as Aqua Sulis is a World Heritage Site, with its world famous features such as the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms, and more recently the Thermae Bath Spa where you can now sample a modern take on what the Victorians loved so much... its spa waters.
It is also home to many period film and drama sets with its breath taking architecture such as the Royal Crescent, Circus and its Royal parks.
with its museums such as the Jane Austin centre, The Royal theatre, restaurant's and lively night life, you will have so much to see and do that you will want to return again and again to our wonderful city.
