The apartment has recently been extensively refurbished and is luxuriously and tastefully decorated and furnished.
The drawing room is 25ft long and has three seating areas. There's a lovely maple dining table at one end, two sofas in the centre and two antique Biedermeier chairs in front of the windows. The views across the hotel gardens and to Lansdown beyond are simply spectacular. There's a flat screen TV.
All 3 double bedrooms are large, have fitted wardrobes and enjoy stunning views.
The bathroom has a freestanding tub with a separate shower, and again enjoys great views.

The Royal Crescent is a true architectural gem, built by John Wood the Younger between 1767 and 1774, it is widely regarded as one of the world's greatest buidlings.
12 Royal Crescent is located only three doors from the famous Royal Crescent hotel where you can enjoy all their facilities, including the spa and restaurants.
You're only a few minutes walk from the centre with all its lovely shops, restaurants and many tourist attractions.

We had arranged with the property Manager to stay in this apartment on Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11TH June. We travelled from Dublin for my Grandmother's 80th Birthday. We had arranged to meet at the apartment at 7pm to swap keys. When we got there there was no sign of the key holder, we waited in the rain for over an hour just in case he was late but he did not show despite about 10 calls to the number I was given. At this stage we were running late for the birthday party so we had to book into Travel Lodge for the night. At 9am the next morning Steve, the manager, called me to arrange handing the key over - he had apparently mixed up the dates. Steve then offered to drop the key into Travelodge for us, I also asked him to refund us for the night that we had just missed and to call me when he arrived at the Travelode reception. After an hour Steve had still not called me so I called him only to find that he had been in Travelodge and he left the keys for us but did not stay to apologise or to offer refund. When we eventually got to the apartment it was Fabulous, really spacious and a perfect location. It took me a total of 6 weeks to receive the full refund for the night we missed. |
