The beautiful City of Bath is the perfect base to explore the many surrounding towns as well as the Cotswolds, Bristol and Longleat. 9 St. Johns Road is ideally situated in a quiet street less than 5 minutes walk from Pulteny Bridge which leads to the many shops, bars, restaurants, museums and sights.

Bath is an exquisite Georgian city. The Royal Crescent, The Circus, Pump room and Pulteney Bridge are among the finest architectural treasures in the world. The entire city has been designated a World Heritage Site. The city will be further enhanced by the eagerly awaited opening of the Thermae Bath Spa, Britains only natural thermal spa. This comfortably sized city is packed with places to visit. Baths rich diversity of museums, galleries, gardens, parks and attractions - including the Roman Baths and 15th Century Bath Abbey - are all within easy walking distance of each other. Combine this with over 150 restaurants and bars, as well as some of the best quality independant shops in Britain, and you will surely find that there is something for everyone. Children too, are well catered for in Bath, with a huge choice of parks with cycle paths and play areas. The one in Royal Victoria Park is not to be missed! There is also a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and indoor play centre for rainy days! Bath is also the perfect base to explore the nearby Cotswolds, Mendips and Longleat as well as Bristol, just 10 miles away.

If travelling from overseas, there is an airport in Bristol - 10 miles away or Gatwick and Heathrow would be approx 100 miles. London Paddington 1 hour.

Further details indoors: The house is decorated in a modern style. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and cupboards. The two single rooms have roomy pine wardrobes and chests of drawers. The lounge has a large futon to accommodate the extra 2 people (bedding supplied) as well as a comfy sofa and cofee table. There is also a TV, Video and DVD player. All bathrooms are modern in design with heated towel rails. The kitchen is very modern and well eqipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer and microwave.
Further details outdoors: There is an integral garage measuring 4850mmx2490mm. Like many garages in Bath this is fairly small but will house an average sized family car ie. Mondeo. Audi A6 etc. If you have a larger vehicle we provide a permit for free parking in an adjacent street. Once the car is parked all facilities are just a short walk away: Supermarket (Waitrose) 5 minutes (or Safeway) 10 minutes Leisure Centre 5 minutes Numerous restaurants less than 5 minutes walk.
